Most people don't look forward to going to the bank, but I do! I don't have a lot of opportunity to use the teller staff, but when I do, I've never had a problem. But the branch manager and the office staff are over the top! Over the past couple of weeks, I've had the pleasure of working with DeShawn and Ryan on a few occasions, and a couple of others whose names I didn't get. These guys, and ALL the people in the area greeting you while you are waiting to see bank personnel, really raise the bar for customer service. Professional, warm, truly CARING about their customers ... plus the fact that they also raise the bar for professional appearance ... make this my favorite bank ever.

Have had multiple bank of America accounts for over 8 years yet they put a hold on everydamn check I deposit for 2 weeks get out of this bank as fast as you can.

I had a terrible experience with a banker at 440 Knox Abbott Dr. The banker messed up my billing address of all BOA cards (credits&debit), and as a result, I couldn't do any online payment for three months. I had to figure out the problem by myself and wasted a lot of time and energy on this issue. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

They have people in place to make the teller line as short as possible. If you ran into problems, it was definitely your own fault.

Went here on Saturday at noon and there was one teller and more than 20 people in line. Customer service at this branch is non existent.

Great assistance from Mr. Thompson (Darius)...went above and beyond. Even helped after I was running late. Amazing and all-around positive person. Great face for the company. Bank of America needs more people like him!!!

6 staff members visible but only 1 person at the counter. It's almost like they can't cross train staff or focus on the actual needs of the community. I would never come here if my employer didn't bank with them.

Pathetic customer service. 1 or 2 tellers . Always a long line. They tell you about self service options but if you drop below a minimum balance they charge you a service charge. For what??

I went in seeking some assistance with my digital card. The cashier was so rude. I didn't get her name. Honestly, if they don't like customer service, they should get out of it. The other teller heard the whole conversation. She had a smirk on her face. I'm sure it's no surprise how rude her coworker is. I'm disappointed. I have never been mistreated at any Bank of America. I have been a member since 2006.
