These guys were absolutely top notch! I came in from Asheville after Hurricane Helene to get a chain saw. 3 guys helped set me up with Stihl, 2nd chain, oil, gas, put it together, tested it, and answered all of my questions. All of this during a crazy busy day as their saws were flying right back out the door to all over the region. I don't think I have ever had better customer service in my life. I only wish this store wasn't 3 hours away from my home as it is the only place I would shop! You don't get customer service like this at the big box stores. Top notch team! Thank you guys again!

This place is amazing. We are displaced due to Helene. They opened for a bit on Sunday to support. Amazing people. Thank you guys soo much.

A young man by the name of Seth helped me. I went in with a list, and he walked me through the store to find each item. Knowledgeable, patient, excellent customer service. Night and day when compared with a Big Box store. I’d rather pay a little more for the merchandise and get good advice. These folks were worth the drive from Irmo. They’ll have my business from now on.

I heard the guy at the cash register over the walkie talkie tell the employees that it was a girl in a wheelchair with bags on whatever isle I was on. I was only over there for 5 seconds and another guy ran over there to see if I needed help that I just received from the guy at the cash register. They made me feel like I was going to steal. Yes I'm a black girl and the employee that did this what white. People need better training. The first thing should be to treat all customers the same and make them feel comfortable not like a jail bird.

I went to this store to support a more local establishment. I needed 30 bolts and they discount the price if you buy a box of 25. Since they didnt have the box, they wouldn't discount the price over a piece of cardboard.... I realize this was a minimal purchase, but my hands were full with other items that were put back. No problem, I went to Lowes and got the bolts for half the price. Do better with customer service if you want people to suppport your store.

Big selection. One of the largest hardware stores in the area that is not a big box store. Helpful, friendly employees. Reasonable prices - same or better than others.
