Each and every time a FedEx package comes through this facility for me, it is delayed due to the use of 3rd party carriers. If they don't feel like making the drive...."weather delay". Expected 2 packages on 12/18, got a weather delay...with clear blue skies. In fact, got a weather delay on the 18th, 19th, and 20th. every day clear skies. Today, the 21st, undeliverable. Had to return packages to facility for inspection. What???? I guess they needed to switch excuses up. If you don't want to deliver them, let me know and I'll come get them!

Apparently my stuff has just been sitting on a fed ex truck for 4 days now. I call and they say ohh rest assure your package will be delivered today, but yet the day comes and goes and still no package! Fed ex is horrible. I'm still trying to figure out how items that weren't supposed to be here til 15 are here,but the one that was supposed to be here on the 7th can't seem to get off the truck!

If it says Fedex delivery, I cringe. This is by far the worst delivery company out of all of them. I trust usps more than them. Out for delivery...weather exceptions (when there's no weather) delayed delivery...delivery pending. All the excuses are just stalling. I can't believe this company can remain in business with this level of incompetence. Fedex, you got one job...deliver packages. Figure your shyte out.

Anything fedex never is on time . My packages have said out for delivery every time yet it takes a another day to get here even after that! This Ladson location is so so bad.

They really don't seem to care for the work that has to be done. Saying there was no access to my home when clearly there was and after setting a pickup location I've been waiting 5 days and nothing yet.

The very heavy bedframe package was supposed to be delivered to my apartment on a third floorwalk up.It was left on the first floor.I called the Ladson Fedex office twice, to askforhelp in getting the package to my apartment... it was supposed to have been delivered because it even says "team lift". No one at this location could tellmewhen the original delivery person would be back. Why am I inconvenienced for someone'smistake and after I payforservice and delivery? Because the delivery was lazy and this person didn't care to try harder. After waiting an hour, a strangerin myapartment complex was kind enough to help me.Why don't people care about customer service and going above and beyond? Instead I get excuses.

FedEx is going down hill at an alarming rate, got email 4 packages that require a signature are on truck and out for delivery, took off work waited all day 9:15 comes around and still no package, call useless 1800 number and they are going to start an investigation on what happened, nobody has time for that, had to hold package at carrier for next day and will have to take off more time to pick it up and deliver myself.... Guess this is the new norm with FedEx, use to be so reliable, here lately not so much

This is the worst experience with FedEx I've ever had. 3 days late with my package, everyday i get an email stating it's on route to only find out end of day the drive decided to get off early and take packages back to this facility for next day delivery that doesn't happen. Has my package been stolen, or are these employees really this lazy and pathetic? The incompetency is ridiculous and I get it you job sucks driving things around all day, but you literally have ONE JOB to do and still can't do it. The drivers should be fired and people that actually care about the companies standards should be hired.

I would give them zero (0) stars but it is not available. They said they tried to deliver my package and the business was closed or no one available. That is a direct lie as there are 4 adults at this address. All this after they held it up in California for 5 days. Absolutely worthless.

WORST fedex I've ever encountered. Every single package is delayed for days and days and then when it comes the package looks like it went through war. I wish we weren't forced to use this useless facility, but it's the only option when getting deliveries. My package was delayed for 6 days. What is going on over there??

If it was possible to have rate this Fed-up -zero stars, I would. Twice, my package showed, "left at the door." What door? The driver did not put the door number where they left my package. it would be nice. This way, I can locate my package and not have to wait, three days. The 1-800-Fed-up number said, it will take up to three days to locate the package. I

Ordered from seller in Florida. They use fedx smart post. package was given to fedx in saint petersburg florida on 4/14/22. It left and went to Davenport Florida on 4/15/22. It left and went to Ocala Florida on 4/16/22. It left and went to Davenport Florida again on 4/17/22. It left and went back to Davenport Florida on 4/18/22 where it is currently just sitting. For some reason my package cannot leave Florida. You call Fedx and they have no idea why it is doing this. Really bad company to use for shipping.

Fedex ground arrived with my $1000.00 violin bow the young lady acted as though she had an attitude and stood it on the ground and let it fall before I could grab it. She saw it fall and just kept walking knowing I was there to take it from her. I'm very glad it was packed very well. I also realize that FEDEX GROUND people are usually contractors ,that is they work for someone that owns several trucks leased to FEDEX and they are hired to deliver. Usually with no benefits and they are over worked. Perhaps if FEDEX would make them full-time employees with benefits they would have a better attitude towards the customers and their job. You don't see this kind of problems with UPS who has full-time employees with benefits. We have a great respect for those people that work hard in the transportation industry. That is one of the things that makes this such a great nation ,our highway system and our nations truck drivers , a very under appreciated profession.
