“Called Lancaster Walmart 8 times today. 7 of the 8 I was picked up and hung up on. The last someone actually asked me to hold but I hung up at the 17 minute mark of holding. Camden is closer to my home but I called Lancaster as my husband could pick it up otw home from work. After call #8, I called Camden Walmart Pharmacy.Camden Walmart pharmacy got it taken care of within 5 minutes! They answered my call, were very kind and professional as well! They pulled the Rx, checked their stock, got the insurance ran and gave me a very reasonable time for when they’d have it ready. Huge thank you to them as I’m extremely sick and the medication is necessary for me to keep any liquids and/or solids down. THANKFUL they cared more than Lancaster as I’ve had a very tough few weeks being so sick. This little bit of care and kindness made a bigger difference in a customers life than they know.”
