“I go to this store mainly to purchase Biscotti Chocolati on a regular basis, but they're usually out of it. Management needs to be able to see with POS tech inventory, and increase supply. Store associates say they have no control over what or when corporate sends. We went to a Big Lots on Long Island last week, who had a huge supply of Biscotti, all 4 varieties.”
“Very clean staff is always friendly and helpful the manager April is always very friendly and helpful it kinda feels like a old time grocery store where everyone knows you and greets you every time you come in shelves are usually stocked sometimes they will be sold out of a item but it usually only lasts w day or so parking is good only problem is the lighting out side is not very good”

“My checkout was incorrect...so I called the store and gave the manager my time, date, etc. She " reviewed the tape" , called me back and graciously told me to return to the store for my return. She was beyond accommodating and kind...my purchase was for a church family gift...so the little bit saved will be appreciated. I have worked retail for over 40 years, and this was the easily one of the best held situations of its kind in my history. I will continue to shop Roses!!”
