Talk about a run around- after being on hold for 30-40 minutes yesterday (10/9/2025), I tried again today. The LKQ Web Site is very screwed up. The Web Site lists prices but when you call the price is different than what is posted online. I understand that parts are in many locations across the country, however 3 different salesman could not tell me why the prices listed differ from what I see listed on line, I was told I should call the LKQ in that state, so I did that and they confirmed the lower price I saw, however they could not tell me the shipping costs, was told to call back the LKQ were it was shipping to. When I call back the LKQ were the motor is shipping to , the price magically goes up (but not including the shipping charges) and again they cannot explain why. Also, they do not mention Core charges on the web page, nor do they give you the prices for different waranties. This is no way to run a business.

As a builder, I use LKQ on a rare basis preferring to fabricate or patch repair.
But they can always find those parts that you need.

Called to order a part and the first salesman was extremely rude. He was short throughout the call and when I tried to ask how to go about placing my order and pay for a part being shipped he hung up on me. This is a great way to let a consumer know you don't want or care about their business. I called back again and spoke with a different salesman who was able to answer my questions and help me get my order placed. This seems to be a common problem when looking at other reviews from here. The only reason I did not go elsewhere was because this was the closest location for what I was looking for.

Horrible!!! I mean this one word. I called twice asking about a part and they hung up on me. I advise people do not use these people.

Called this place, the salesperson was very short with me and then hung up on me. I called back and talked to someone else that showed more respect, and he was able to transfer me to the correct department. Once connected they hung up on me.This place doesn't want to sell anything....
