“Clean and well at store wide aisles and a good variety of both cheap and expensive Liquors. Right inside the front there's a section for North Carolina made items. It's a big store with friendly staff and it's well-stocked. I saw lots of new brands that I had never heard of as well as old familiar ones.”

“Extremely clean gas station. Was a nice place for me and my wife to stop and grab some drinks on the way home from Clover. Great location to be at, not much else around here. The store was very clean and all of the items were stocked to the fullest. Will definitely stop back by here if we ever see our selves back in this location.”

“Don't get to stop at this place as much as I used to in the mornings for breakfast. But on the days me and the crew are working around that area we always make sure we stop at Ly ly's. Best food in that surrounding area. Service/ customer service is great and the food is always very delicious. I most definitely recommend you going there. More than likely you'll be like me you go once and every time you're in that area you're always going back if not going out of your way to go over there lol.”
“Clemmer's Convience Store...Love this store, I've been coming here for years. Friendly long time employees are very customer orientated! Gas and cigarettes are always cheaper than other stores and they don't allow vagrants to hang out and beg for cash for beer money!!! I feel very safe there. “I've been going to the "corner store" for at least 15 plus years, it's family owned and even though they somewhat over charge you for certain things, they've always been nice to me! I've never had any issues with them, and they look out for me if needed ???”
“Friendly employees however the drink machine is always without cups or lids or straws or both and the way they close the store between certain hours in the early morning to clean is nuts since just about every time I walk in one of the two cashiers on duty are cleaning, so what's the point and stuff? “I usually make it a point to stop in every week day to grab a dark bologna with mayonnaise on a bun. Today I walked in and the young ladies grabbed a piece and tossed it back in the deep fryer. When I say it was the best sandwich I had ever had from there. It was!I mean the bologna is 1/4 inch thick sliced and when I took a bite of my sandwich and it popped. OMG, if you like your hotdogs or bologna a little bit on the darker side. You know what I am talking about. Thank you ladies, I’ll be back soon for another one.”
“Friendly staff except for the one lady who never smiles or seems to be happy at all. But she's quick and the store is clean. Never had any issues. It's expensive as heck though. Husband's ciggs are a buck and change cheaper per pack in any other store in town. Snacks and drinks are overpriced as well. But I think it's family owned and I try to support local businesses.”

“I've been shopping with Hot Spot for approximately forty years. As I live right across the state line in North Carolina, I always go to the Hot Spot for fuel for my vehicles and it's usually ten to fifteen cents cheaper than in North Carolina. They have great hot dogs and other snacks available. There customer service is tops. I would recommend anyone to stop at the Hot Spot for fuel and other items. The fuel savings are in itself what keeps me coming back .”

“It was a really awesome pharmacy,, then after like 3 months they told me they were no longer allowed to fill anything containing buprenorphine, and sent me on my way. Which was a shame, they were the only cvs who had white pills in this entire area. With my insurance I can only use CVS as my pharmacy. Hopefully they’ll get me back in soon, I’ll keep you posted”
“Store is so-so on inventory and price, grill food is not to bad. Especially for a gas station grill, and reasonable price for plate full. But that owner! I'd help her box any time she needed it. Wonderful personality and beautiful too boot. Recommend”

“This BP station is just over the border into South Carolina and so it is able to sell fuel with the lower gas taxes. It used to be 18 cents but now is 16 cents. Even for a 15 gallon tank, you're only saving $2.40 so it's not worth going out of your way. But if you're already heading down Highway 321 from Gastonia towards Clover, then it's worth waiting to fill up. The pump area is covered and the receipt printer worked. There is not a lot of traffic in this part of the world, so getting back on to 321 southbound is not difficult. This mini-mart is selling BP fuel products. There is also a convenience store.
