Should really pay closer attention to your elderly patients and if they are not being taken to appointments with specialists you contact someone else in the family to make sure they are aware!

Had to update insurance 4 different times for family member because they kept saying never done even though brought it in personally myself and told twice that pa for meds needed in progress but pharmacy benefits program said no record of ever being done not sure where the break in communication is but there absolutely is one.

I would NOT recommend this office! We have been patients for YEARS. Every single time I call to get an appointment is nearly impossible to get in unless you want to go in a month later from when you called. I understand being booked however when you have patients who need appointments because they are SICK, you shouldn't have to wait days to get an appointment. Today is Friday, they wouldn't be able to get him in until Tuesday. I called the Moncks Corner office and even thought they are Palmetto Primary Care, he would be considered a new patient and would have to wait a month to get in. Just insane!

I've never had a problem with calling them. The office staff does take a lunch break and they have the recording on during that time. Dr. Rodgers is great, thorough, and my family has been his patients for over 20 years. We always receive excellent service. If he's accepting new patients, you'll be blessed to be able to get him as your doctor.

Had a 8:00 appointment, came early expecting to be called back soon after 8:00, got called back at 8:20 and then sat in the room waiting for the doctor who was having an extensive telephone conversation and didn't come in to see me until 8:33
