Great people work here! I was driving through the area from out of town when my Oil Pressure and Check Engine lights and alarm came on. Thankfully these great folks were nearby. I pulled in and they stopped what they were doing to immediately look at my vehicle, fix the issues, and had me back on the road quickly. They were honest, transparent, and reasonably priced - can’t ask for anything better than that combo. Thanks to Wayne and the rest of the team at Mike’s!

Dont know where to begin. This place is a joke of a buisness. Long story short I had an atv stolen and recovered that ended up at mikes towing on hold for berkely county. The first phone call didnt go well as mike accused me of trying some scam to claim my property. I done everything required to prove ownership to berkeley co and they released my property but mike thought I needed to prove it to him even after the police released my property. Now the fun part. I show up to get my property and get directed to what they call an office. The lady I speak with confirms my id and says im good just a balance of $975. As im claiming highway robbery I look and they have a $175 admin fee a $140 labor fee $242 tow fee and $418 storage fee. As I go to call berkely co here comes the owner mike to discuss my bill. Well somehow magically the labor and admin fee come off and I am charged $38 a day storage for 11 days $418 out of my pocket and $242 for berkely co. $660 total for a stolen atv tow Dont let these rude folks scam you. They dont do automotive work they scam tow bills. I hope they are taken off the tow roster in berkely co like the officer said because victims of theft shouldnt deal with sorry people like this.

The staff were very quick to get me an estimate and it was the cheapest around! Got my car fixed in less than a day and did a great job. I would definitely use them again!!

Very unfriendly on the phone unwilling to let me get my belongings out of my vehicle. Seemed as if its was at their convenience and didn't care at all that that was our only mode of transportation. Overcharged us for towing and storage fee which they made longer by refusing to allow us to get it before the holiday.
