“Kyle was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with! He communicated with my phone consistently until I was ready to make the hour trip to check out the car.
When I called him and said I was getting in the car and would there in an hour - he instantly personally cleaned the car I wanted to see until it could get detailed. He had it pulled upfront, ready to go - and understood that time was of the essence, and the last thing I wanted to do was spend time wasting time.
After driving it - he was upfront about what they could offer, and communicated efficiently and effectively with Quintin - their financing manager. Both Kyle and Quintin left no doubt in mind about giving Hoover my business, and that I was making the right decision.
My only regret is not recruiting Quintin and Kyle to come work with me, as I know they would crush it solely based on the level of customer service they provided, their willingness to hustle for a deal, and their honesty/transparency. Two top notch individuals that I cannot recommend enough!”
