Never had a problem. With my insurance, my copay was gonna be $1 at a different local pharmacy. But their service was so pathetic & they acted like they didn’t want me as a new patient so back to Boiling Springs Wal-mart I went. Should’ve never tried anything else. I’ll gladly pay more to be treated with some respect.

The customer service needs work?Don't take your bad day out on everyone around you..everyone has bad days..it's how you choose to handle it that shows your true character..handle it with grace and have a little empathy for others..have a nice day! Stay Humble ?

I used to go to the Travelers Rest Walmart Pharmacy, and then we moved to Inman, so I go to the Boiling Springs Walmart Pharmacy. They are both awesome! I used the Publix pharmacy on Wade Hampton on a few occasions, because it was on my way home from the doctor, but their service was terrible on all three occasions. Publix would always say that they running behind that particular day and that it would take 30 minutes to get it ready. It ended up taking a lot longer. There were times when my prescription was called in days before and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. I’ve never had that problem with Walmart. In fact, I get updates from Walmart that my Refill has been filled.. Great service Walmart.

Nasty attitudes by most of the staff. Rude hold your prescriptions hostage if you ask them to run it threw good rx instead of insurance with some employees. Only had 2 decent people help me . Longest lines with no care for people . Call and get hung up on a lot of times. South Carolina has some of the worst work force I've ever seen.

In reference to the Walmart pharmacy in Boiling Springs: They always have my prescription, when other pharmacies do not, and they’re less than half of what the other pharmacies charge for a prescription that is not covered by insurance. On top of that, they’re nice over the phone AND in person! I mean, it’s a no brainer for me. I’ve never waited more than five minutes in line.

6 people in line, 6 workers, only one checking out, took way to long.

Transferred a prescription there from CVS. It didn't go as smoothly as I thought it would but the staff at Walmart did everything they could to make it right, including giving me a few days worth of my meds to tide me over until everything was ready. They did this without me asking!

My husband and I came in to get a flu shot yesterday. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We had to wait a short time but it was the first day of the month. Robin gave us our shots and she was very kind to us and told us it would take a few weeks to protect us fully. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
