“I was going through a difficult time facing the fact that my 13-year-old maltipoo was going through the end of life stages. I was desperate being new to the state and not knowing my area nor having any family or friends here I turned to Facebook community and ask for recommendations from the Boiling Spring‘s Facebook group right away had recommended me to multiple clinics in hospitals around the area. I called seven clinics in hospitals total trying to get information about payment plans if they exist I’m on fixed income so money was tight however I decided to give them a call to get a quote on a check up visit and my surprise The first visit is free for first time patient so I was super relieved for that. They booked me in for a few hours later, and at that moment, I was just relieved to be seen upon arrival. I was greeted by the women in the front desk, who was very sweet and polite and understanding I met with Dr. Victoria and she is absolutely an angel our angel she is so sweet, so professional very knowledgeable and showed so much love and compassion for my dog and my family. I have never met such a kind and genuine soul. I am forever grateful for her and her entire team. It was not the news that I wanted to hear, but my poor boy was suffering, and I needed to end his pain and suffering and put him down , that was the hardest thing that I have ever been faced with in my life it’s something I never ever want to experience Dr. Victoria was so patient with us. She gave us all the time that we needed with my boy before the procedure and after the procedure, they went out of their way to help for this transition to be as smooth as possible. I can’t thank her enough and I wish that there was more that I can do to show how grateful I am and I will forever be, she help me to make a hard decision, but it was the best decision I could have made for my boy who was struggling to live. I cannot thank you all to the people who have recommended me to this clinic. I have many thanks to so many, I say that they went beyond out of their way I really mean it , it was a miracle. They truly care about the animals!they were able to work with me to figure out the bills which was so hard on me, considering that I was going through some financial hardship and was beating myself up over the fact that I could not afford further treatment for my boy unfortunately, even if I had all the money in the world that would not be a solution to fix him and have him recover and be better because he was in really bad shape . I highly recommend everyone to bring their pets here. I will continue to be a patient there with my other pets and you will not go wrong with them. I promise you I’m beyond speechless as I am writing this she’s our angel. She truly is along with the veterinarian tech that was assisting us, who had helped us get through today I can’t thank them enough .”

“Easy Check-in, the tech's that picked took April to the back were very thorough in asking questions about our visit, Dr. Lon is very caring while giving us options, Check-out was easy, the ladies at the front desk are great.”

“Finished vaccinations for my 15 week old golden doodle Theodore and as I was walking out I was a little sad because I wouldn’t need to go back to the vet for a little while. Everyone I’ve come across at this clinic has been so helpful and kind, truly welcoming! Theo loves the front desk ladies although he was a little cranky at our last appointment. Everything is so quick but thorough. This is the only vet clinic be been to (this is my first pet) and I don’t feel a need to look for any other because I truly love this clinic. 10/10 recommend”

“There will never be enough words to express how much my husband I love this veterinarian clinic. We are truly humbled at how amazing each and everyone at this clinic is. They put your mind at ease the moment you walk into the building. You just simply know your fur baby will be well looked after.

They never push you to do anything you do not want to do and explain everything so thoroughly in words you can understand. While we have been blessed (knock on wood) not have to to visit them on a "daily" basis the times we have had to go it has been nothing shy of amazing.

“We are absolutely bowled over by this practice so far. We live in WNC and our main vet’s office is not available to perform a service that we need for our dog due to the damage for hurricane Helene. I emailed Pine Street Animal Hospital and was met with warmth and kindness, not to mention they responded within the hour!! They got us in the very next week, and scheduled us for Nugget’s dental the week after! The vet and the vet tech were so kind and took such great care of us. Oh, and the prices are super reasonable, and they don’t push additional services on you. Yes, they suggest things that your pet may need now or in the future but there is not that sales pressure you sometimes get with a vets office. LOVE THIS TEAM!”

“It was a very busy day there, and they may have been down a dr for the day, but staff were still on top of everything and provided great customer service. The Dr still took time to come in and discuss everything and very helpful. The techs and receptionists are always awesome! We really like this vet!”

“Lanni is a great vet, and the staff are all very nice! When my dog was having seizure after seizure and my previous vet was unable or unwilling to do anything for her, we took her to Lanni and he was able to get the seizures to stop and get her medication right so that she doesn't have nearly as many seizures as before. Very grateful to them!”

“Dr Jamison provided me with hope when I had nowhere else to turn. I am so thankful for him and his assistant for looking after my cat after injuring his paw. He’s the only vet in the area that isn’t out to price gouge down on their luck pet owners. For the people who complain about the facility, take your animal to the place down the road that cost $$$$ more. I’m so glad I found him and will continue to take my animals when they need to be seen.”

“Dr. Bryant is the best Vet ever! We drive from Columbia for our veterinarian care. when I ask Toby (our boxer) if he wants to go see Dr. Bryant, he excitedly runs to the door to get in the truck. I'd give 100 stars if it were an option.”

“Dr. McCravy is very caring. He listens to my concerns for my pet. He does thorough examinations, runs tests and advises treatment plan. The staff is very helpful and kind. You can tell they are like a family at RRAH. I’ve also liked the vets they bring in when Dr. McCravy is out.”

“We take our Lab to Petco in Spartanburg regularly for deshedding and basic grooming. She is always taken back on schedule and is "proud" when we pick her up!! (She knows she's she's adorable!). Rebecca does an amazing job with her and she is always excited to go back for another visit!”

“I will always and forever recommend this hospital to others. I was recommended by a friend for emergency care of my late kitty, the doctor (BALINSKY) and the staff were very compassionate and helpful. They supported my decisions and gave me options and ultimately stood by my side when I put my cat down ?. I went alone to the walk in and even then they were worried for my own safety driving home. The mobile meals card was sent weeks after my precious cat’s cremation and I cried just as hard as the day I received his cremation box.

“They are amazing at what they do and very affordable. There's really no excuse to not get your animal spayed or neutered. They got us in quickly and our pup recovered beautifully. Efficient practice, like a well oiled machine and good communication. Our vet wanted $900 to spay our girl, we spent $120 there I believe including a microchip. Worth the drive!”

“Dr D'Aloisio is the best (!!!) And most of the care team genuinely cares about your pet which is exactly what you want/need from a vet, especially when your pet is having trouble! My only nit is that they tend to be overbooked more lately now so long waits and have a harder time squeezing in emergencies than they have in the past. All in all, the pros outweigh the cons and I'm so grateful to have this banfield care team in our area!”

“We love Banfield! We always receive great instructions on care for our fur-family! They are always accommodating and keep us in the loop if we drop off our fur baby. The doctors and staff are always so kind and always so happy to see our animals!!! Like they actually really like them! ? ? We have a Jack Russell and crazy kittens! It can be a lot sometimes and then there is us. But, to them, they always act so happy to see us. We have been "elsewhere" and it is a waste of money. Banfield is where it is at!”
