  I came in today and I had a wonderful experience here there was a older gentleman in pretty sure his name was Dean if I’m not mistaken behind the counter and I didn’t bring the right box to ship my package and he was very kind to take time and find me a box

  Excellent customer service and first class counter personnel! Even with the line out the door both clerks were friendly and smiling so the wait was very bearable!! A1 for a small office!!

  After a negative experience at the S Church Street location in Spartanburg, a friend recommended talking with Jonas at the Boiling Springs location to straighten out a change-of-address issue. He helped me through it, was courteous, and offered some great advice on some other things to consider. Great service, that I appreciate.
