Bad customer service, had two boxes from amazon that was suppose to be returned, it was a split order so they came in two boxes. I got their and your rep told me I needed to put it in one box. I told her this is how they came to me. I asked her if she could tape the boxes together and she told me I could but I would have to pay for the tape(seriously?!?). I told her the packages where not my fault they where sent do to a shipping error from amazon and I was not going to pay for their mistake. She told me I could buy a box or call customer service to fix it. You guys partner with Amazon and you can't split a box when these issues happen? I was given a note with Amazon customer service and I had to wait 1 hour of my time to fix the problem both UPS and Amazon created in my opinion. Ether you don't train your staff on how to fix these issues or Amazon is just to stupid to fix this issues as they happen. Ether way it not except-able in my book. If I have any other choice for return shippers It will not be UPS or I will make sure it a pickup at my door and you can deal with the screw ups.

Amber and Nick went above and beyond to assist me even at their closing time. They worked with kindness, patience, knowledge and professionalism. This work ethic is hard to find these days. They are an asset to their UPS store.
