We stopped in to find something we had looked all over town for and this was our last stop. They didn't end up having it in stock because they had just pulled it from the shelves for the season, but Maria was so helpful and kind enough to go into the back for us to be able to get it. She went above and beyond for us and that was greatly appreciated, so thank you so much for doing that; we knew you didn't have to. Also while we were there we got some candy and I was genuinely taken back by the selection. Not for nothing, just stop in for the candy sometime. Top it all off with the cashier being very friendly and we had a great little stop at Tractor Supply Co. I'm glad we decided to come in!

Update: Rachel is the friendliest, nicest employee I have encountered in years! Kind, professional and polite.
The dog wash room in the back is also excellent. Update: had to call them when an online order did not show up in our cart - Tracie is the BEST! She went above and beyond to help us get the large dog crate that we needed. This store is the best.

This is a great store. So much variety. Not just ranching and farming store. Also and some holiday decorations too! It's a fun store to just visit overall. My son and I looked at the baby chicks while we were there. So cute.

Beware of dog toys. We bought three different kinds of toys. While under supervision (after we took off all the tags like normal) we found some blood on two of the toys (chewed on by two seperate dogs). After inspecting the toys again we couldn’t find a reason for this but this hasn’t happened with any toys or our dogs before.

If you go to this store good luck!!!! just don't ask for help because you will not get any... But you know it's getting like this every where. we really need more immigrants in Spartanburg county at least there will to work and help.

Friday may 10th around 330pm Very disappointed with this store. I was waiting for the Manager To help another person waited about 10 minutes. She finally got done with the customer.And walk right by me I ask her to stop She? told me to wait a minute. I already Waited.Ten minutes she continued taking care of people on the phone The phone ring twice and she kept answering it and taking care of people on the phone I was a paying customer ready to buy something. I will never go back to that store again in Boiling Springs. She needs fired.

Very disappointed in this store. We usually go to the one in in Columbus NC but we were in the area so stopped there to pick up dog food. My very elderly father went in alone. The dog food was to heavy for him to lift (he injured his shoulder recently) so he asked an associate to help. With a very rude no, he did it himself, hurting his shoulder more. At checkout he asked for helped getting it to the truck and once again was told no. I work in customer service and this was definitely not ok! Today, he can barely move. We are loyal customers but will definitely never return to this location. Maybe you need to send your employees to Columbus so they can learn how to treat their customers!
