June 8, 2018 my wife and I went there from Knoxville Tn and bought a 05 Magnum from GM Matt and drove it back home 3 hours with no problems. Great experience and we have bought a lot of cars in the past this was by far our best experience! Keep up the good work! Would most definitely do it again.

Where to even start. I found a truck on Craigslist for sale and it was throughTess Motor. I went to the dealership to check it out, they could tell that I was very interested in purchasing and had me start filling out paperwork right away. I asked to see the carfax and they instead gave me a report from another company, said carfax wasn't accurate; however everything looked legitimate to me. I had the vehicle for not even 2 weeks and the truck started having quite a few issues. Thankfully I purchased a warranty through my finance company but still had to pay a dealership to check it out, the readout showed over 20 issues with the truck one of the main ones is that I was going to more than likely had to have the engine replaced. I contacted Tess Motors to see if they would work with me in any kind of way, they told me if I used my warranty to have the engine replaced which was still going to cost me more money that they would take it back and get me in a different vehicle and would get some money back in the process. I was without my truck for over 3 weeks. When I finally got my truck back I went back to Tess Motors and looked at another truck, this truck looked pretty decent and was much cheaper than the one I had. Tess Motors told me that even though this other truck was cheaper that my payments would go up and that I would not get any money back. I also paid Tess Motors to get my registration which I believe was overpriced and was told I would have it in 2 weeks, it took 90 days for me to finally get my registration. I could just keep going on with this. I'm just trying to warn people out there to not do business with this company!!!!

Bought a truck from Tess Motors about a week ago. The guy there said that there was nothing wrong with it and it was in awesome condition. I drove it home and nothing was wrong, next day transmission started slipping and grinding. Turns out I need to pay for a rebuilt transmission that will cost 3/4 of what I paid for the truck! There is no way that this guy didn't know what was wrong with this truck. DISHONEST!!!! Amazed they are still in business. I would NEVER buy from or recommend to anyone!!!

We bought a Ford expedition from here in late April. I live in Anderson,had to drive back down here 3 separate times trying to get our tag. They would tell us they mailed us paper work that they failed to have us sign to get our tag. Finally I told them to give me all my paper work,and I would go get my own tag. Remember I had already paid them to do this. Well they sent the paper work for me to get my own tag, but you better best believe they didn't send my money. So still today, July 29. I'm still trying to get my money back. I would not send anybody here to buy a car. Diane Dalrymple

Terrible. I went there twice. The first time I went there I was just window shopping and the guy that was there was the least of inviting. All he cares about is if you had the money. Another group pulled up and while in the middle of conversation he walked away. Waited 15 minutes to come back but never did. Then two weeks later I had the money to get the car. I wanted to test him to see if he would do the same so I asked if I could test drive and he never answered and was avoiding me to test drive. Again another couple pulled up and he left mid conversation and went inside and left me and my dad waiting. They lost a car purchase today due to the fact that he was horrible at customer service. I would never recommend coming here.
