Was just in there looking for some shoes for my grandson and myself. Found a pair I wanted to try but had to squeeze between the rack and the oversized employee sitting on the bench for customers to try on shoes, to find the right color and size. After the 3rd time of getting the wrong box (because I was literally unable to get where I could see the label), I guess she finally got the hint and got out of the way. Then my grandson, who's very well mannered, came and informed me, the other employee wouldn't let him try on shoes without me present, which I understand but then, she wouldn't even let him bring them where I was trying on a pair. If it was such a problem for him to carry a box to me, she could easily have walked them to the next aisle. Just ordered the 2 pairs I wanted and the ones he wanted from Amazon. I'd rather wait on them to be shipped than spend my money in a store who employees such rude staff.

Bailey and Ra were amazing! So friendly, and very helpful. This location didn't carry the shoes I wanted but they went above and beyond to help me get them shipped out to me. Will definitely shop here over the Westgate location any day of the week!

Went by there today at 5:35 and the guy had all the lights off and was counting the register up with 25 minutes left til they closed. Do better. Youbhave closing times for a reason

Great place to get your shoes. They have all kinds of name brand shoes at affordable prices. You can even sometimes get these same name brand shoes marked down or on sale. At today's time with the way money is hard to come by it's great to get a wonderful deal at a great place. So go by and check them out and see if they have the shoes you been looking for.

We decided to shop at the boiling springs location 4010 -SC-9, sc 29316…. We was looking for a Bogg bag for a birthday gift in a pink color and found one..To my horrific surprise we found a roach in the bottom of one bag and a spider in the other!!!!This was brought to the attention of the store clerk which in return she called the store manager named Ra or Ross?I stated what was found and he made it clear he was only given 10% off and if we didn’t like it we could go shopping at another Shoe department store on the west side! I made him aware as a customers when an issue occurs it’s the manager job to handle it a business like conduct. He was extremely condescending,rude and unprofessional…We will be contacting corporate! We will Never be shopping there again!!

What a large variety of shoes to choose from! Name brands at reasonable prices! I do compare this place to the Shoe Show store chain. Pardon the pun but there's a lot of foot traffic in and out of this place! I saw several families carrying multiple bags of shoes! A positive sign that something good is going on in this store was that many of the customers leaving were actually smiling and seemed pleased with their purchases! I like it ; I recommend it!

Great shopping, can order for you if size is not in store. They can't help you. They don't know if they sell leather shoes. They do btw. One young man is really good. Ask Demetrius for help if you need it

Apparently they changed store hours. I was shopping for shoe with my son for my son and they turned the lights out on us. It was very unprofessional. No one Said they were fixing to close just left us in the dark literally. I said something at the register and the young girl kinds snickered and the manager lady just stood there. I spend to much money at this place to be disrespected like that.

Store supposed to open at 12. Door not unlocked till 12:10. Woman in store new and unfamiliar with purchasing a gift card and said her boss would be here shortly as she was over at the Chick-fil-A. Boss finally arrived 12:20. Then boss seemed perturbed that she had to assist

i walked in with my family and they were following us. I feel like we’re racially profiled. The workers kept on walking back and forth. I did NOT like that.Idk why they were doing this i don’t have to steal I can buy my stuff.
