Lowe’s couldn’t match the sheen of my paint color. Sherwin Williams was able to identify the brand and sheen necessary for a perfect color match based on a tiny sample I brought in. Many thanks to the nice woman in braids who helped me out a few days ago. You made my life a lot easier because I can now just touch up paint rather than repainting my entire inside a different color.

I agree with the most recent posts that the customer service at this location is lacking. No one offers to assist, and when you do ask for assistance, it's generally met with reluctance or frustration that you interrupted a conversation they were having with each other. There is no focus on the customer, even when there are no other customers in the store. There is no engagement or enthusiasm, even when you try to involve them in your project or seek help with a challenging one. It would have been great if someone (anyone) shared their knowledge, products, services or tips that might actually help save their customers time (and money). There are certainly many other options in the area, and I'll happily give my business to the stores that appreciate it.

Absolutely worst customer service. My wife & I walking in "we're looking for the most popular colors being used" lady behind tha desk, as she pointed to a color display wall "have at it" zero concern for service & or helping the customer. We are now at Benjamin Moore.

To add to Rogers comment this what i experienced jan 2, female associate that day as soon as I walked in the door rolled her eyes and wasnt in the mood to help either.So I will take my money and business elsewhere. Shame I was hoping for help with a remodel

Just the new "can't do, won't help, annoyed at being asked" attitude.Terrible customer service attitude by most of the young girls that work here. Makes me miss our Sherwin-Williams in Oak Ridge, NC. I am very, very disappointed with this Boiling Springs, SC store.Normally I expect people behind the counter of a brand name carrying storefront to be knowledgeable and helpful. Here I can’t say how knowledgeable they are because they wouldn’t go out of their way to be helpful. Apparently they would rather me, the paying and painting customer who's trying to get some work done, to take my own time and drive down to their store to answer my own questions instead of even acting concerned and typing in a few numbers for me to narrow down solutions and save some time. Can't help but wonder what 4 people behind the counter are so busy doing in the middle of the afternoon that they can't help a customer...??⁉Dilemma, where else can I to get paint???

Hands down best customer service. I have been a customer at this location for about two years and it is absolutely the best in the area. Today Jeremy, the manager of this location, took time to understand my project, advise of materials needed, found an excellent price, even printed instructions out for my installers, called around to find the product since he was sold out, the second location that had the product didn’t understand how to mix it so he completed an internal store transfer just for me. This store consistently meets my needs but today was extraordinary. Thank you as always.
