Their emergency number is an answering machine after hours and they never called me back, I had to reach out to them again. I rented out 3 units from them thinking it would be about a month but ended up being much longer. I strongly suggest if you have anything stored there that you make sure its only items that can not be ruined by water damage. I am still unpacking everything and keep finding items that I stored there that have been damaged due to moisture. I had furniture placed in the middle of the unit with mold growth, dvd collections that had paper cases stuck together with mold growth, and this was an issue I found with all 3 units, not just one. When i brought this to their attention they seemed to not care at all and said I should have gotten their insurance....

I just found out that my stuff were stolen from this storage room I rented for a month. I called the facility number and left a voice message to report it. No one called me back yet. I cannot believe this!!! I am very angry and disappointed! I do not need to say anything else. If it happened to me, it might happen to any of you guys.
