Kept our car for literally a month. Didn’t even fix one of the original issues, and they charged us a lot more than they quoted us without calling to confirm new price. They changed out the starter, but put in a garbage one, my husband had to change it out at a hotel parking lot AFTER paying them to do it first. They didn’t tighten the brake pads properly which caused the pads to wear badly and already need replacing just a few months after they put new pads on. There’s more. This place is horrible. Never coming back here again!

Pretty expensive imo. I got a front wheel alignment. Cost me $103.99. The board says $89.99 for a 4 wheel alignment. I asked about that and he said it was an old price.

I have known this family for over 20 years and they are the ONLY shop that takes care of our cars. There are other good automotive shops in Spartanburg as well. This particular shop focuses on repair, maintenance, and tires and does so by always making sure it is right before you pick up your car. They are not about speed but performance and quality. Be careful of dealership shops. You cannot satisfy everyone and there’s always someone who cannot be satisfied no matter how much you do for them. This review is an honest review over 20 years. The mechanic himself and owner will gladly speak with you in a clear and direct way about your car. They do not upsell you on products you do not need and will stick to what they do with excellence.

Excellent experience with Parr 3 replacing my brakes last year and they stood by their work when a component failed recently with a full warranty repair.

Do not go to this shop if you want to be treated as a respected customer, expecting honesty, common courtesy, and integrity. When I dropped off my vehicle, we discussed it was likely an engine rebuild or new motor job. I was told they did this type work. After keeping my vehicle for 2 weeks and multiple calls for an estimate on the repair, I was finally given a call by desk personnel (not mechanic, Shane) with an estimate twice the going rate. Obviously, he did not want to do the work. That is fine, but why not say that early on instead of keeping the vehicle for 2 weeks with no communication to customer and then giving an outrageous estimate? I requested a copy and was given an business card with "engine- parts and labor $5500.What a ridiculous "detailed" estimate I was given. The really sad part is I was a returning customer who had other work done here. Bottom line is - if you want to be treated like you are a valued customer and want something more than new tires, alignment, or oil changes. Go somewhere else. Actually, go ANYWHERE else.

I have used Parr3 for maintenance and tires on my last 6 cars. They do a good job and they aren't constantly trying to upsell you something you don't need, but they do let you know about things they find, which I appreciate.

They honor there work! New battery a year ago, and a year later it failed. They replaced it at no cost. Who does that these days??? Someone with a pure heart! Thank You!

Sadly you cannot expect to have your car looked at before two days. They should make appointments if they can't manage their schedule in a timely manner. This method doesn't make any sense. I live alone in Cherokee county away from them and family. Came here because of a recommendation previously. I wouldn't have any updates if I didn't call them to find out any information. After reading other reviews it seems I'm not alone. This shop believes they are in the right to take your car, no appointment, no idea when they will get to it, no communication, no cost estimate, and no idea when you'll get your life line back.

I had my oil changed, and tires rotated at Parr's yesterday. I was a little anxious when I got there. This is something my husband usually does.The gentlemen were very welcoming and helped me through the whole process.Pricing is very reasonable.You can tell the men are proud of the quality work they do!I was very relieved with the welcoming, professional staff and waiting area.
