If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. The lady that was working this past Tuesday 6/19/24 between 730-8:00 pm had the most unprofessional and horrible attitude of any phone rep I have ever seen. We asked if she could help us switch, and she wanted to get mouthy to me and my husband. She was NOT helpful whatever and acted like she hated her job. The other guy was just laid up on the counter playing on his phone. I'm a store manager and even our cashier's aren't allowed to treat ANY customers with so much disrespect. We planned on getting 4 lines and she wouldn't take the time to help.with a attitude like that, we decided to not switch our service. We are highly disappointed!

Roxy went WAY OUT IF HER WAY TO HELL ME WHEN I LOST MY PHONE!! Helped me get the cheapest deal everything!!! Elijah got my service up and running and They had my stuff ready when I came.back from the bank for the money!!

The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable on adding a line. They knew the specs of the phones and promotions. Best service I've ever had from metro.

Whoever this Ashley girl is that's working there 1/22/2024, if someone call because they need to know the steps for an upgrade, you need to provide that so we can get an idea on what we need to bring. Your attitude is extremely nasty and customer service should not be your career choice.

Had a great experience at the store.Eric was really helpful and knew what he was doing.I needed a device switch that was a metro phone and the system was not doing its job.He went above and beyond his job.Also the staff Brooke was helpful and kind and Tammy .I was frustrated and wanted my old device and it was done.If I go back to Metro for help will be going back this store and definitely Eric or that was their .
