I placed an order March 2024 and was to be ready April 4, 2024. I have called palced on hold for over a half hour, hung up on while on hold three times. Went to the store ans they still do not have my full order and in fact they sold five boxes of what they did have for my order. Was told three times it will be in next week and that passes and told again another week. Then they said I can take what they have and check another store to see if they have the product but wouldhave to cancel part of my order and pay at the other store if they have the product. Their is no one around to help with your questions and have to go to a reller and page someone tnhat does not show up.

Worst customer service of any store ever. We had furniture delivered missing our patio tables. We called and called to ask about our missing tables and was put on hold for 45 minutes. Then called back to speak with a manager and he placed us on hold for 30 minutes, then hung up on us. We had people come out and measure for window treatments only to find out it was never posted to Lowe's. It's a if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I could go on, but I don't have enough room to write out about our horrible experiences with this Lowe's.

Took 10 additional days to get our dishwasher. Expected on the 17th and told it would be 10 more days for delivery.

Every single time I have been in that store in the past month I am remodeling and redoing my master bathroom you cannot get an associate to help you without confronting a manager and making them help you either they're out of stock or it's on the top rack or like today I need to come in and get the flooring and a thing that cuts their laminate is broke they can't tell you when it's going to be fixed so now I have to go to another Lowe's which I should go to home Depot like I did last time and spend several hundred dollars there Lowe's doesn't seem to care I've called the 1-800 number twice and talk with both manager at this store they do not seem to care if I could I would give them a zero star

Thought I’d share this because it’s funny / sign of the times. I’m standing in Lowes in Boiling Springs,SC waiting at the woodcutting station. I’ve asked about getting help 3 times. Customer Service has paged it out to send someone each time. I’m looking down the central aisle and am watching 5 Lowes associates hang out on the other end of the store. Each one assistance is paged for wood cutting they scatter. Store is pretty empty so it’s there’s really no excuse other that they don’t want to do anything.
