I'm very disappointed. This is the second unit we have rented. The first place didn't have any outdoor spots available so we decided to try them. We were not told the gates are closed after 10pm. We have to move stuff at night. After the first load had to turn at and go home it got rained on in spite of a tarp. I called and was told 11:00 so we tried at 10:30 and couldn't get in. For a week we tried to get in after 10pm and many loads got at least some rain no matter how many tarps were used. When confronted they only wanted to know if we were leaving. Did not offer our money back if we left. Did not offer a discount for the wet loads and hassle as well as having to take off work to come during the day. We will be moving out when the month is over
