It's open! The sign is above an undeveloped part of the building. Harbor Freight is to the left of the sign. I have often wondered why it never opened or if it did it's now closed.The inside was clean and well organized. The employees were helpful. The only reason I am giving this location a 4 is because it looks closed from the road.
