This place is the worse I’ve been buying flowers for my wife for years bought a dozen roses for her birthday they didn’t even last a week and never bloomed always had water she has always had them last for weeks she takes care of them I call and asked about it was told oh only guaranteed for 3 days not open to the public should have been first clue and poor customer service afterwards stay away from them

I have been in the florist business for many years. Never have I ever been greeted on the phone so rudely by an business. Today I was placing an personal order. The gentleman was rude when I informed him of my online order with it's confirmation #. He pointed out that they would not be filling the order nor would deliver to a teacher at a school. Practicing covid procedures. Ok... don't have to be a smart butt about it!!! Also I asked why didn't I rec'd a call. He didn't answer. Hung up

Excellent customer service. They even called me when they were dropping off the flowers to make sure it was ok to leave them at the door.

My sister called this florist last Thursday to place an order. She asked if they had tulips. The clerk put her on hold, came back on the line, and told her yes. They agreed on 10 pink and 10 white tulips with baby's breath and greenery. The clerk told her it would be a "premium" bouquet and the chg would be 60 plus taxes and delivery. The same afternoon they delivered 5 red carnations and some white daisies and greenery in a vase. When my sister called to voice her complaint she found they had charged 90 + dollars for this arrangement. The florist agreed to pick up the arrangement and redeliver what she had requested the following week when the tulips were available. The next day I received a fed-ex box containing roses and a vase. These were from a different mail order florist. Not all, but most of the roses had brown centers....and were starting to wilt. Again, my sister called and was told they had "substituted" because they were unable to get the tulips. She asked that the order be cancelled and the flowers picked up. To this date the flowers have not been picked up, This is the saddest case of customer service I have ever seen. I like to support local businesses - but would never use this florist. They are absolutely horrible.

ZERO STARS! AVOID at all costs. Received an atrocity of an arrangement. When I called to discuss the issue, the "designer" informed me it was not his issue and I needed to take it up with 1-800-FLOWERS. To see a pic comparison of what I ordered and what this florist sent, see their YELP reviews. HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! AVOID!

I reside in California & was looking for a local florist near my mother's home. I yelp & found Expressions from the heart & browse through their website. I decided to go with them & send flowers for mothers day. I can't believe the quality & freshness of the flowers. They were sooo beautiful! And The best thing? Their prices were so affordable!! My niece sent me a picture of how it arrive & they were beautiful! More so then the picture on the website!!! Thank you expressions from the heart! I will definitely be using your services for all my future orders " )) oh... Did I mention, i place this order yesterday??? " ))
