The woman I just spoke with is the most irresponsible person you could have working there. She didn't want to look at the tobacco products after I told her Packwraps spelled it for her & even said it'd be with the cigars nd tobacco products. She was just to lazy to do her job properly, so instead of looking as soon as I told her the name because she asked twice she didn't say let me look she said "NAH WE DONT" she ain't even look. Hire someone responsible who wants their job

I've made literally hundreds of visits to many stores in this chain since their inception. This was the most inexcusable produce section I've ever seen! Empty shelves and trays. Please refer to my photos. Every head of lettuce was in such a rotten state that it would gag a garbage dumpster! The grocery shelves are hit or miss! Depends on what you're after. This is not due to a lack of personnel as I saw quite a few people taking breaks in front of this place. Where's management? Upper management? I wouldn't ever consider stopping here again!

I walked to Dg tonight and it was 7:40 and doors were locked, the employee, I'm assuming, was pulling out didn't even bother telling me they were closed!!! They never never are stocked, wish there were a closer DG to walk to but there's not!!! Getting tired of the BS not to mention they never take my DG coupons off at the end, and the sales paper never match price in store. If they need help so bad they need to hire me, I live within 2 mins walking time of the store. Don't waste your time going there its always a disappointment.

Store was very messy. Could not get by in the aisles. I was trying to get past a worker who was putting up stock, and I said "Excuse me." At the very moment I walked behind her, she backed up and knocked in to me. She started yelling at me saying, "You couldn't say excuse me? You saw I had my hands full!" I said "I did say excuse me." I sat my basket down and walked out of the store. I have never been yelled at by an employee like that before. I will not be back.

I live maybe 5 minutes from the store and truly they're getting better. They're upgrading the store to carry produce & extra freezer space. I can't complain really. Every employee I've encountered has been humble.

As I was leaving.. the cashier , I didn’t get her name she was an African American lady …she was checking out an elderly lady and as she was going to her car, the cashier went out to help her with her bags. I definitely know she didn’t have to do that but the fact she did was awesome, very good service. Please recognize this employee. Parris Bridge Road location across from Carlisle gas station 9/4/21 at about 1 pm
