Love dollar general stores. Keeps me from having to go to big stores for what I need. Update: the one at rainbow lake and River oak needs better management. Employees are always outside smoking or in there cars. Forcing customers to use self checkout. Shelves are not stocked and can't even go down some of the aisles due to unopened boxes and items laying in the floor

This particular Dollar General (2910 Boiling Springs Road) has never let me down. The managers and employees are very nice and really try to help. This has been my experience with them.

This dollar store has been visited by me on many occasions. It's located directly on Boiling Springs Hwy. I've never seen many customers here and this is not understandable to me! Tremendous location! Never stocked to full capacity; usually a few bare shelves! Overall, this is a typical Dollar General!

I bought socks for a trip, and once we got to NOLA, I noticed they didn't take the sensor off. I came back after the trip and asked if they could, and they said I'd need a receipt to take it off. I had to throw them away, unfortunately. Wasted money.

Yall should be ashamed! The DG on Parris Bridge Rd in Spartanburg, SC is horrible! They open when the hell they want, close when they want, cashiers bring their kids to work. I've watched vendors try to deliver and can't because it's close. 10AM and IT'S CLOSED! How is this even possible? The store is a wreck and can't keep anyone. There were people living in the ceiling and management didn't believe the cashiers until cops showed up. Seriously?! Please just close this store. It's embarrassing.

2 people working up front at the register. They left a cart full of trash right next to the registers on the customer side.There were hardly any customers but instead of throwing out the trash they just left the trash sitting there.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews they are fake...I spent alot of money with this company during covid in another state...Moved here and haven't walk into a decent one yet ...Today I had a return wouldn't refund my money wouldn't help me out in any kind of way a little kindness would go a londway...There are way to many other places to go bye bye Dollar General

Rhonda the lady working at 6:50pm on 2/26/2023 is the rudest person ever. My husband was Iine at the check out counter and no one was working the cash register. He walked around the store to find her. He asked if she could please come up front to he can pay for his items. In her own words" I already said I was coming." He didn't know you already told someone else that you were coming. Thank God we are good people because if we were not we could have Robbed the whole store blind and she wouldn't even cared. Please I hope management sees this. If you have a customer service job, please treat people kindly if you want to keep your job. I know it can be hard to be nice to people who have nasty attitudes however, my husband and I were not.

The employee ingnor me as if I was invisible.waited for balloons for my granddaughter heavenly birthday and I stood there she walked around me as if I was not there .worst store ever
