Worst pharmacy. Nasty attitudes from the workers. On top of the rudeness, they move very slow. If you come here, expect to wait 30mins up to an hour in the drive thru and inside, waiting on prescriptions that they said were ready. I have decided to switch pharmacies after several bad experiences here. They really need to work on their speed.

Update: the young man at the counter is extremly friendly and helpful but the young lady who is an associate (also does the photos I assume), wow! She is very rude! Enough to the point where I will drive to another location to avoid these type of interactions. She made mistakes by confussing me with someone else and I still tried to reassure her that it was okay. I am the one who should've had the attitude not her.I hope someone actually reads this because something needs to be done.Maybe it was an off day but leave personal at home when you are working and if you don't have the personality type for customer care please find a job thats better suited for you.The minute clinic doctors have been nice the couple of times I've taken my daughter and they are fully stocked on items I need when I go in.Edit: my god why did I even go in here. Was going to leave a review but see I already did. You have to be RUDE to work here obviously! Needed a few more things but Ill go elsewhere just need to get out of here away from these miserable people.

I get an email stating I have rewards monies and it’s supposed to be on my card upon checking out. The rewards is not on my card. The owls are very cluttered..

I have never been to a worse pharmacy. Bad attitudes right out the gate. Extremely unhelpful. I know plenty of locals who would rather drive further out to another cvs then go here. On our last visit, they didn’t even mix the medicine and I had to drive out to a 24 hour location to get them to mix it for me

I've had nothing but good and friendly service from the pharmacy staff. Nancy, Rebecca and Anniyah are so sweet, friendly and helpful. When I find out the names of the other people that have also been kind and helpful, I'll edit this review.

The NP at the minute clinic was very nice and the process was super quick and easy to navigate, including check in. Definitely recommend coming if Holly White is there.

if you think that he wants to help you!!!! this is a lie!!! the manager doesn't care about you. I asked to transfer our prescription with medications to this pharmacy for collection. Do you think they did it???? NO!!!! they don't care about you!!!!! and it was an antibiotic for the child!!!!

What’s wrong with the phone ! I will be so glad when they replace these places with robots and fire everyone. Maybe the robots can do a better job , more effective and can multitask! We already know they have a better attitude (the robot!)!

Absolutely the worst cvs pharmacy I have ever been to! Pharmacist is extremely rude and so are all the techs! They all act like they absolutely hate their job. I do not know how this place is still open. Will never go back.

This is the worst pharmacy in Boiling Springs. I couldn't get to the pharmacy to ask them to refill a medication so I called for 2 days. And for 2 days have been waiting for someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Waited for an hour at a time and no one ever answered. So now my prescription is 2 days past due. And no there is nothing wrong with the phones. I called the store manager to ask and she said their phones were working just fine in the back. Too bad she has no control over the pharmacy, she was a big help and apologized and asked if there was anything she could do to help. She can't make them answer their phones or treat their customers better so she couldn't help. I think they need a new pharmacy manager since the one they have doesn't seem to be able to handle the job. If you can help it...do not use the CVS pharmacy.
