6-13-2023 at 2:00, needed help with a system update, salesperson was extremely rude and uncaring. We were told it would take 2 hours to update software. Went somewhere else for wifi and it took 10 minutes. Will find another location to go to from now on! Very disappointed with the service!

Strangely enough this Cricket wireless store is located just exactly beside the Boiling Springs, S.C. Boost mobile store. And stranger than that, there are also two other wireless stores in the same shopping center! This is a small mall anchored by Dickey's BBQ! I suppose there's a logical reason to have four different mobile phone stores in the same place although the logic escapes me. Each carrier obviously has their own competitive strong points. In the case of Cricket, they maintain their lead on their competition with best rates on multi-line use. Their value family plans are superior to most other carriers. This store has a lot of parking and that's not an issue. I didn't see any customers enter this store today.

I had an excellent Customer Service Associate. I walked in with a budget and a brand preference. She pointed out models that were on sale and helped me find protective phone accessories. I walked out with a brand new phone under my budget.

Cricket is HORRIBLE! I will say the employees did a good job selling me something I didn’t need. With that being said- it wasn’t her directly it’s cricket itself. I switched to cricket, no one checked my address and come to find out after spending all the money to switch my phones did not work at all. No service no signal nothing worked. Cricket didn’t seem to care much about the issue once they realized it was something they could not fix. $400 and not even a month later they couldn’t apologize or even offer a refund. I will not ever recommend cricket due to my experiences. It was horrible!!

I had the best customer service yesterday. I went into get a new phone and Christian was the best ,he set up my phone completely for me and was the most pleasant person I have Talked to in a long time . Thank you Christian for all your help and your kindness . Sincerely , Robin Braswell.

Doors were locked on Sunday April 4th around 1:20pm. Was trying to fix my phone call service that has not been working for over a month now since their network “upgrade”. Guy was just sitting inside doing nothing and not responding.

Don't waste your time at other stores, especially Walmart, where the staff are untrained. Cricket has expert and courteous staff, the best deals on phones and service plans - and a coverage area which includes 5G and rivals Verizon and T-mobile.... The manager even went out of her way to find discounts within Cricket and COVID-related government programs which I did not even know existed.

I came in on a Sunday to switch from sprint and when I came in there was a girl their. She didn't even acknowledge I had came in. I had to ask for service and then the store smelled so bad like some one had been smoking marijuana in the store. I eventually decided to leave because I could tell I was wasting mine and her time just from the way she was acting. I will never be back to that Cricket and I would tell them they need to find someone else to work their. So unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.
