“I take back everything o said nice about them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. My truck was in a wreck on 5/12 and here it is 8/21 and I’m still having issues. They sent the truck home with me the first time and the ball joint popped out while I was backing out my driveway. I may be a female but I’m not stupid that is not supposed to happen. Got it back again and had a mechanic go to change my head light because I was told it burnt out to find out they put a after market headlight housing in it instead of stock like is on the driver side. When I contacted them to find out why it wasn’t fixed I was told “ I know the headlight is aftermarket so it will be a little different but everything still operates the same. Please have him bring it by because I would like to see what is going on.” Why did yall feel it was okay to send me home with no light bulb at all in my truck and to not match the housing with what was already in my truck. They try to take the cheap way out but not with me. I trusted them to fix my truck instead they have not and this is there last change next thing I find wrong that they said they fixed will be handled by a lawyer.
I love how they kept in touch with me every step of the way and when they found other things wrong with my truck they called me to come in and look at it. Will not be taking my trucks anywhere else.”

“This was my first time dealing with Link’s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn’t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn’t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link’s employees that fix my car in a timely manner. Oh yeah they even washed and cleaned it up as well and I didn’t ask them too! If you want your car fixed right after a collision or just need fixed give link’s body shop a try and you won’t be dissatisfied!”

“Carolina PDR is an awesome company. They took the time to explain to me the process of how they removed the dents, And also showed me how they look to find it. In the end my insurance said there was only a little over $1,000 in damage. Carolina PDR took the time. Found all the dents and it wound up being close to $5000. Carolina PDR fixed the dents and return the car to me and it looked like it was new again. Definitely recommend this shop and we'll use them again in the future if we ever need to.”

“It's unfortunate that someone broke into my Hyundai sonata. Broke the handle and the ignition trying to steal it. Insurance gave me money to fix it but not enough. I called westside collision because I dealt with them when I had car problems before. All it took was one phone call and dropping my car off. They were even done before the day they told me it would be done. I didn't have much money to pay the deductible but Andy made it work for me. Any car problems they I have, I am going here! And I would recommend this place to anyone that has a car problem. People are scared to go big mechanic shops because they think it's gonna be expensive. They price everything fair. And they worked with me they last 2x I had problem. The staff is great too. They even washed the car for me before I arrive. It's better to deal with people that you trust. It might sound like a commercial, but it's not . I'ma real person just given my real feedback about a really great company. Thanks again Westside Collision.”

“While traveling on Interstate 85, A rock hit my windshield just above the wiper blades. It was a small crack but I was worried that if I hit a pothole or some thing it might make it crack even larger. So I called my auto insurance which is Geico. They recommended Safelite in the upstate South Carolina. I took it to them the following morning and they examined it and told me that it was too small of a crack to actually put the sealant in. They also told me not to worry that even if it cracked larger or even all over it will never, ever crash in to the inside of the car. That made me feel a lot more comfortable to drive. I also asked them if I should get some of that over the counter windshield sealant for it. They said not to. Because once you use that they are unable to penetrate their glass repair solvent into it. So I would need a completely new windshield if the crack got larger. I appreciated their honesty, their integrity and taking the time to explain it all to me. If and when it gets larger I will definitely be taking it back there to Safelite in Spartanburg South Carolina.”

I took my minivan in after having a small mishap, they were almost have the price of the competition and they were able to get it done within 3 days instead of having to wait until the end of the month and then be without the van for two weeks while the other company repaired it.
