Safe neighborhood, fantastic leasing office! Tammy is and always has been professional, and her and her team work hard to make Autumn Park a great place to live. I'm a long time resident and would recommend to anyone!

Overall it's pretty standard water is separate hot tub in the pool area that doesn't work, and a subpar workout room for the price. Gated community which is nice and pretty quiet. Grounds kept up. That is why it received the 3 stars.

Did they ever get the gate at the entrance working? I know that the keypad that you enter your password in wasn't working for many years.
