I had to bring my car here for a break job twice. One time was because someone else (different place didn’t do a good job) and they fixed it, they were very honest and professional. Then the second time they had to work on my car they also did an amazing job. Went above and beyond. Very friendly. They are very professional and understanding. I’ve been to many car places because I have an old car Ford Taurus and this place Al’s by far is the best one and I trust them. I wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else. It’s also not overpriced. Definitely will be bringing my car back again if something else breaks again. The best place to go!!

Very rude employees, I came here a few times to get some exhaust work done , each time treated with disrespect. The old guy behind the counter has an attitude problem, seemed like I was bothering them with my business. Both times had issues with their work.. had to come back for corrections. exhaust leaked every time they did any work. There are much better shops nearby. I advise people to look elsewhere before going to these guys.

This place is a Godsend. It's so nice to have a small town spot still open in Boiling Springs that treats you like a person instead of a customer.
I took my car to 3 different places a total of 4 times and nobody could get it figured out.
Chevy dealership wanted to take my whole engine out to diagnose it. $1000 for engine removal! Another local mechanic passed me off with the wrong diagnosis. And the 2nd dealership "fixed it" but didn't fix it.
I should have just gone to Al's first and saved myself a 3 month long headache!

I hit a deer and got my car towed here. The boss man (old guy) was pretty rude from the start to the point where I felt uncomfortable calling about my car. I needed body work, as well as work under the hood done (around 2600). Two weeks later I got my car back which wasn't a long time. I finally drove my car two days later and notice smoke coming from the hood and anti freeze gushing out. I instantly brought the car back and he claims it wasn’t from the wreck and that hose was busted even though he had to change my radiator and multiple other things but said he would fix it and it would be ready same day which was a lie. I didn’t get my car until the next day and he also wanted me to pay him for fixing it. Then he proceeds to have an attitude with me and says “I don’t do this just take the car” he gave me racist vibes so I wouldn’t recommend anyone of color coming here.

Al's wrecker service has worked on 2 cars for me and 3 for my daughter. They have fixed any issues the first time. Other places I had to keep taking my car back. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Give them a try!
