“We went to 8 furniture stores in the midlands area. This store had the best price and the highest quality. We also appreciated the type of customer service, helpful but not hovering or judgemental. Many stores made us feel like we weren't rich enough for their product; one even told us to "Work Hard" insinuating that we were professionals in our 30s who couldn't afford their status. At Ashley, Mike C. was so helpful, made us feel at home, and in the end we got exactly what we wanted for a great price compared to the competition. The delivery service was great too, on time, polite, and got the pieces up some tricky stairs without any trouble. Would recommend to a friend!”
