Car didnt even get washed. Streaks were left down the side of the car and dirt was still caked on. One side of my car wasn't even touched by the wipers. There werent any spray bottles available to clean the inside of my car. Vaccumes hardly worked at all.
Waited forever for an attendant to show up for the wash portion so I pulled myself up on the rails and they finally came out after a few minutes. Was short with me and talked to me like I was dumb for pulling into the bay. Got the impression it was unattended. After talking with several locals I've noticed a trend with this locations of poor service and lack of compassion. Hopefully cooperate sees this since I was unable to get ahold of anyone.

A lot of apologies over the past 6 to 12 months but no change in service - if you can't clean a car you can't call it a car wash. There really is little to no washing at all, car came out with dust washed away but no where close to clean. Won't be going back. (And save your apology reply that you cut and paste for every low rating, no need a we've seen it's certainly not sincere)

Been going to this location for years before Zips bought it. Last two visits were terrible. Carwash was worst I have ever seen, dirt everywhere. Last to visits the vaccums have been horrible, my cheap shop vac has better suction and no towels or cleaner out. Poorly managed location. Leaving one star only because I have to.

First thing, if you have a white car, I would not take it through this car wash. This specific location has all rubber washing wheels, and will leave black streaks all over your white car. Second, I took my car through the car wash and after using their towels, it left streaks and swirls all over my car. It looked better with droplets sun drying on it then using the towels they provide.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place has seen better days. The entire right side of my car never had a brush touch it, we sat there and watched the brushes turn and not touch the car. There were no towels to be found, the vacuum's didn't have a lot of suction (if they were working at all), some of the vacuum's had cracks. There were no high powered blowers. Worst car wash experience I've had in the entire US.

This used to be a decent car wash, Now it is just disappointing
The vacuums don't really work and it just seems like everything has been left to fall apart. I wouldn't recommend going here, there are so many other car washes in the area that you could go to

No window cleaner, no drying cloths, no bags in the garbage buckets, and I had to pick up all the neighboring vacuum tube's. Two employees working there and no other customers on site.

Not happy at all with the quality of service to lately
The attendant only prepped the driver side of my car before entering the wash tunnel,and no window cleaner or micro fiber towels were available when I got to the vacuum

This Zips location sucks. Left my truck with residue down the passenger side which made it look like it wasn't even washed. Very low performance wash. Customer service was apathetic at best. Do not recommend

Vacuums did not work well. Had to go over and over to pick up dog fur. I had to ask for towels and spray to clean the interior, then they picked 2 towels out of a bin of dirty water and wrung them out for me to use. They were wet and gross and useless. My windows came out dirtier than when I started. It was a waste of my time and money. Frustrating.

Absolutely terrible. I got there at 6 PM they close at 7 PM. The vacuums were all in disarray and barely any of them worked. The towels were only by the office and they were soaking wet. The kid that was working was on his phone when I asked him where everything was he’s like I don’t know. They change everything every day here it’s crazy. absolutely terrible experience and I have a membership that I will be canceled.
