Sales associates, Lisa, Destiny and Gina were very helpful warm and nice. Their product knowledge is outstanding. I was stuck with the selection I wanted and the Lisa knowledge was very helpful.

I absolutely love the store and staff!! I recently purchased my wedding set from there and the original didn’t fit. The manager, I believe her name was Destiny assured me there would be no problem sending it back to get resized. The turn around time was really no time at all. The best part, I get to take my rings back to get cleaned for FREE whenever the time comes. Shoutout to the amazing staff for helping me finally get my dream set!

The staff at Zales Bluffton is friendly, knowledgeable and clearly take pride in their work. Specifically, Sara Barton who is veteran with Zales and who always treats me with a smile, a kind word and expertise. They are my "go to" for all my jewelry and diamond needs. 5 Stars all the way!

I visited this store in hopes to replace and upgrade my wedding ring. The store was very nice and had many nice choices in jewlery but what stood out to me the most was how amazing the staff was. I was immediately greeted with smiles and hellos. I was working with Sara who was exceptional on finding what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. After some time, she found me the perfect ring. Overall great experience, 5 stars⭐ !

As a former employee I can say that the manager and employees genuinely care about the customer and their needs and will do everything in their power to provide them the best service. The store manager Gina also takes care to create an enjoyable work environment for her employees. You find better customer service anywhere else!
