I had a return to make after purchasing it from this store. Upon going to the store around 5pm the next day to return it, I found the Customer Service desk closed. I asked one of the employees why it was closed and what the hours were and she responded “8am until whenever the girl leaves.” This place is clearly understaffed and undertrained which is only a reflection on the store management. Today, I visited this location again —after trying the Hilton Head Walmart, but their Customer Service desk was closed as well— only to find that the Customer Service desk was closed AGAIN. This time two employees noticed me looking and told me that it was closed. Again, I asked for the hours and they said “8am-5pm, but sometimes they don’t show up.” I asked them what I should do, since I had a return to make and Customer Service wasn’t open. I then got ignored by both employees. Now I could be wrong, but I think it should be a fairly simply thing to make a return with such a large successful company like Walmart. I think it’s a reflection of how much Walmart actually cares about its customers. I never thought having a Customer Service desk opened while a store is servicing customers was such a hard ask. 0/5 stars. Do not give this location your money. They don’t care about their customers.

Nice place, but the Wayback Burgers inside the Walmart doesn't have change and I'm not local so be mindful if you carry cash.

You can not find pricing on many of the products. Using the app, even when you register it for this specific store, does not show store pricing, and they do not honor the prices that show up for you on the app.

They need to have better customer service by having an employee at the entertainment center so we don't have to wait so long to see when one comes around.

Long lines. Employees standing around and not ONE worker at a cash register. 20+ people at both ends of the store trying to check out.If you are in a hurry, go to Savannah. It will be quicker.Garbage.

Worst Walmart in the area. Cant get help. Managers are literally useless. Save your time and drive the extra few minutes down the road to Hardeeville.
