We ordered one photo and it was ready within 30 min. Speedy! Very pleased with this service. I have had other great experiences with larger photo orders.

Ive had friendlier and better customer service at a fast food drive through window than the drive through at this place to pick up my medication. Rude and Angry. Shame on yall. We are sick patients trying to pick up MEDICATION not buying burgers! BE KIND and PROFESSIONAL.

The lady at the drive though window was very rude and gave me the wrong prescription despite reading my profile that says I cannot take the prescription that she gave me. She also offered no help when I asked if she could get the other prescription. Very very rude woman.

Surprised this place is even open. Worst service from the pharmacy we ever experienced. Lazy workers will take their sweet time and completely disregard you.

The pharmacy has had a bad rap, they actually have improved unbelievable, Kim treats everyone like a good friend, will answer and ask questions for you, help you see if there is any discounts to help pay. I've never had a problem with anyone there. All the Employees are very helpful.

Complete BS they had their hours listed open till midnight, called ahead and even or their recording stated midnight. Drove 25 min and the closed at 2200. Update your hours please!!!

Thank you Ed!!! It is so rare to find people who genuinely want to help!! I was given a complete run around by the Okatie location on filling a prescription for accutane (generic) that was sent in on a Wednesday. Yet Ed had no problem getting an order placed on Saturday to be delivered on Monday, before the window expires on Monday at 11:59pm. He took the time to listen and get it done. Thank you, Ed! Words cannot express my true gratitude!!

Only giving 1 star so I am able to even leave a review.The cashier, BRANDON, has absolutely terrible customer service. God forbid you purchase cigarettes, because he will huff and puff the entire transaction. Always very unpleasant and acts as if he is inconvenienced to even be doing his job. I'm not sure if it is because he has to work night shift or if he is just a miserable person Either way, specifically because of how incredibly rude he is, I will no longer be patronizing this Walgreens location.

Went there for my prescription and explained how my express pay was already charged for prescription. The pharmacy tech Veronica then told me I still needed proof but my app wasn't working and wouldn't pull up. She then told me to turn my wifi off which I did and I explained it still wasn't working. I told her to charge it as I'm trying to go to work and can't deal with it at the moment and I can just call if there was problems. She then told me I can go elsewhere if I'd like. I explained next time I will if I'll get treated like this. She needs to learn customer service !

Good luck figuring out their hours or finding what you need. If you try to call, you can’t even hear anything.Telling a customer you might be open at ten thirty is laughable. Totally bizarre and unprofessional.

Choose CVS. Lifetime clients leaving. They closed the pharmacy without notice . My doctor sent my perscription thrre and it cannot be transferred becsuse they entered in the system snd thrre is no one to transfer it to another walgreens. The women in Okatie just yelled at me saying “ my store is open, not my issue” . Just stuck and they don’t care
