This was first time there. I was wanting regular pedicure but since I have a callous I had to go up to next price pedicure. It offers hot stones, and hot towels and massage. I told the guy up front I had a leg condition. He couldn't massage them or put anything hot on them. Sure enough here he came with hot stones and hot towel for my legs. I said NO you can't do that. Then he wanted to massage my legs and feet . I said NO. Then he said I will do gentle massage I said NO massage. When you tell them up front that you don't want something and they try and do it anyway it is very aggravating.
Cleanliness: Very clean
Stylist: He was very nice but didn't listen to anything I told him.

Very clean place. I almost fell asleep during my pedicure. They also took very good care of my little. She loves her purple toe nails.

You won’t find a better nail salon around Bluffton SC! Victorias is the BEST!! From the time you call or walk in, they’re there to help you! Rachel & Ivan are my personal favorites! But, I’ve had service from Most of them for years! They’re professional, clean, and quick! They provide the best nail salon care I’ve ever had! I’ve been going there for 5 years plus! I enjoy everyone there!! They go above and beyond! It’s the Bluffton Nail Spot!! ;)

I got my nails done here last week for vacation. I paid $70 for them the art work was not good and they came off during my vacation I am beyond disappointed with this place

Great place but please update your hours online/on google! I drove here on a Sunday to find they are closed even though it says they’re open online.

The worst feeling is wanting a manicure for your birthday and being treated like your less then gum underneath someones shoe! I work 6 days a week so a day at a so called spa would be nice...I walk in asking for gel manicure they gave me a guy who barely spoke English which is fine but the issue washe was so aggressive and rude his cuticle cutter was not sharp enough so it was pulling my skin I tried my hardest to tolerate it until i couldn't. So the transfer me over to a lady who looked so pissed she did my gel as if she was doing me a favor and couldn't wait to get rid of me. The man who i think is the owner didn't accept my payment he rolled his eyes at me and said don't worry about it. Well dont you ever worry about me ever coming again me and my loyal payment will go elsewhere! Ill attach a pic so you can see how lovely my nails look!Thank you so much!

My parents were walk in customers while visiting Hilton Head for their wedding anniversary. While on the phone with them I heard them let the lady know what services they wanted to get. The lady very rudely said "We don't have time for you". As out of town guest and really as customers it is necessary to speak to people in a respectful manner. I do not recommend anyone patronize businesses that treat people in such a way.

This salon does a very good pedi. They use the bags in the tubs, and do a very detailed job on your feet. Love the place!!!

I have never left a review for a business but I felt like this one needed one- Did a walk in, guy in the front said he would take me. Should've known it was gonna be a bad experience when a new customer walked in the door, the guy cut me off and brushed me off to the side. This is important because before the new customer walked in the door I was attempting to explain what I wanted... He sits me down in the front and not even 5 minutes goes by he is getting up greeting other customers, taking phone calls, etc. I was just getting tips on my nails and the 'hailey Bieber nails' no design nothing... I was there for almost 2 hours since the guy was getting up every 5 seconds. He probably got up close to 20 times. I was trying to be relaxed and chill but towards the end I started getting annoyed because when he was suppose to be shaping my nails he got up like 4 times and now none wee like shaped the same. I also noticed that he didn't really smooth out the dip polish, it was getting clumpy and I thought he would fix at the end but he didn't... He was just trying to get me out as soon as possible to get the next client in. Then it looked like he was neatly finished and he goes this is what you wanted right and I go no I wanted the chrome. He seemed annoyed and got the chrome from a lady near by. He seemed frustrated as he started doing it but I was trying to explain what I wanted in the beginning and it sounded like he either didn't care or was too distracted by other clients... he put the chrome on and pulled out the gel lamp and when my last hand was under it he aggressively pulled it away. Then put oil on and told me to wash my hands and started preparing for the next customer. It really sucks because I feel if actually paid attention to me as a client and wasn't focused on everyone else he prob would've gotten my nails right and would've done a good job at that (or at least I hope so.. just seems like he had no attention to detail)... anyways my nails were $58.. I paid and left a $20. I wish the salon well & that $20 tip will be my parting gift bc I will NEVER go back and I will highly recommend my friends, family and associates do not go either.
