Of course had me running, and kept telling me to call 800 number which was incorrect I had to be in store. All to pay a bill and disconnect service!

Literally would give 0 if possible. Inability to help. Phone now doesn't work at all. Needed 2 minutes of help and they wouldn't assist. Super disappointed.

YOU SUCK. All I wanted to do is ask a question about a certain location. You make everything to difficult. Time to leave Verizon. You can no longer talk to a real person and if you do they are not in the United States.

I've been a Verizon customer for 19 years and generally come to the same location. 19 years ago it was three stars. It's been a slow decline, but here we are. There's literally less than two dozen accessories on the shelves but they sell Google cameras now. How is that helpful? Staff is abysmal.

Worst cell service around here. Verizon is a very dishonesty company, I know because I used to work there. They celebrate ripping a customer off.

So many bad reviews. I would have not guessed it. Our first time going into the store yesterday. We usually go to the one in Okatie but I rather do business straight with the company and not an authorized dealer. Our rep was Rob. What a cool guy. Great at his job. He could sell water to a whale. But I did not buy anything I did not already want to buy so that is good. We made an appointment online the day before. We only waited a few minutes after checking in. It was a busy place. As we were conducting business it only got more busy. They do not have a lot of reps so give them some grace. I would have to say the responses to the Google reviews are far worse than the service we received. We had a great time. Extremely thankful we did not have an experience like some people in these reviews. The managers do not smile as much as the employee do. That’s unfortunate. There might need to be some training on the latest promotions but other than that we did not see anything upsetting taking place. If you need help stop by and see Rob. He will get you straight.
