Do NOT go to this store, they will screw your bill up and cost you an arm and an leg. Didn't even set the phone up for us. We had to do it but still charged us the activation fee for each phone. We had to get Corporation Involved. Thankfully, they could help.

Verizon Home Internet has only gotten WORSE!
Under 10mbs REGULARLY!
Verizon Support is NO HELP!
Due to no other rural internet alternative I have been asking for and receiving some discounts on Service but that does not solve the problem.
Their techs agree our service has drastically diminished but "we don't know why, oh well, good luck!"
The local store assigned me a case number for a high level tech to call months ago but I never heard anything.
I am starting to get dropped calls also from my Verizon phone.
From Months ago I posted:
Verizon Home Internet no longer works in Beaufort County. After 2 years of excellent service the last four months are HORRIBLE! I have spent about 45 hours total on the phone with their customer service to no avail. Three different modems that did not help. A promised new and improved modem we never ever received. $ credits offered that never occurred. MANY promised call-backs that we never received.
We have gone from 50mbps regularly to MANY periods of 0-10mbps. Could not stream tv or use the computer on-line.
We have received over time the following ridiculous Verizon Customer Service comments:
- maybe a land owner took down our cell tower
- T-Mobile built a tower in front of us blocking you
- can we erect a cell tower in your yard to improve your service?
Stay with cable or use T-Mobile Home Internet - save yourself the grief I am going through!

I have been with Verizon for 16 years.I am sorry to say how the quality of their customer service has gone down.I have been waiting 2 weeks for a manager to call me back concerning a complaint, But if I wanted to buy a phone they would be calling me asap shame on you Verizon you use to be a great company what happened????? shame shame, I want you to know it has been over a week since Verizon responded and said they would take care of the situation.And they never did double shame on you verizon

Bought a new phone picked up at the location. Was charged for a transfer fee that didn't work. Said they needed to wait 4 days for everything to finish transfer over. Went to the Verizon on the island was able to do everything on the spot. The employees/management are lazy here. Use the store on the actually island avoid this store will save lots of headaches.

Excellent service and the manager is Team went above and beyond to help me address what apparently was a complicated issue configuring my phone after a replacement they stayed on the line with me for almost an hour resolving an issue created by a non-Verizon store

Of course had me running, and kept telling me to call 800 number which was incorrect I had to be in store. All to pay a bill and disconnect service!

Literally would give 0 if possible. Inability to help. Phone now doesn't work at all. Needed 2 minutes of help and they wouldn't assist. Super disappointed.

YOU SUCK. All I wanted to do is ask a question about a certain location. You make everything to difficult. Time to leave Verizon. You can no longer talk to a real person and if you do they are not in the United States.
