We came in with less than an hour before close and the lady on the floor was sweeping when we walked in but was very quick to ask if we needed help with anything, which we did. Betzianne was super patient, knowledgeable, down to earth, and extremely helpful. Because of her we had an amazing and successful first shopping experience at ULTA. She walked us through downloading the app and becoming members so we will definitely be back!! Good job Betzianne, the world needs more customer service people of your caliber. We didn't get the cashiers name but she was wonderful too.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Bluffton Ulta recently, thanks to Julia. My skin requires special skin care and makeup products. Julia was extremely helpful in showing me products from several labels, choosing good colors and taking time to answer my questions. She is professional, knowledgeable and fun. Thank you, Julia!

Walked in and was very surprised by the rude customer service. I was looking at a display and the employee was acting as though I was in her way and a bother. No one acknowledged me and instead acted like I shouldn't be there while other women around me were getting asked if they needed help. Very unpleasant visit other than the woman at order pickup

Very well organized store with some of my favorite brands. Helpful staff. Got my Lancome Christmas beauty box with great skin care. Yep, I goofed up and forgot some very important essentials for mature skin. Considering that 1 ounce of the Genifique moisturizer cost more than my purchase it was a great deal!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at the Ulta salon in Bluffton, where I was overcharged for a blowout. Not only was the pricing unreasonable, but the attitude of both the stylist and the manager left much to be desired. The stylist appeared disinterested and displayed a lack of professionalism, while the manager was unhelpful and dismissive when I attempted to address the issue. It was a disappointing visit, and I hope this review can serve as a constructive critique for the salon to improve their services and customer relations.

Second time I get an attitude from two different girls in the register. This is my neighborhood store, and I go there all the time, the girls in general at the store always be nice to me, but the last two girls I dealt with at the register had some Attitude that doesn’t fit in customer service at all.

This review is for Tayler, stylist in the salon. I had a haircut by her yesterday and she did a great job. Wonderful head massage at the shampoo bowl. She really listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure to check with me throughout the cut to confirm it was the way I wanted it. She took the time to style it as well. Overall I am very pleased and will schedule again with her in the future!
