Never go here. They said they could repair my valve cover gaskets that were leaking. They're repair included braking both of my valve covers, trying to do repair with JB weld, everything leaked oil. They did not put the screws on the fuel rail correctly. They also left bolts off the valve covers. And they did not put all the bolts in to secure the on my turbocharger. This place totally sucks had to go to a real reputable garage they charged me to repair and replace everything Tommy's did.

Needed a tow and used the AAA app, chose my window time and AAA had someone come at NOT the time I picked. I was still at work.Got home and called AAA and David A. from Tommy’s Towing came pretty prompt and was very helpful and courteous.App ?? Tommy’s ??

Great experience with David A. who towed my car in response to a AAA call. Prompt and very responsive, and even texted me when he dropped it off at the service shop.

I’m watching this tow truck going 80 almost crashing into cars honking and speeding down 278, I have video of your crazy driver if you want it. I tried to call your company to report this reckless driving.

Very rude guys, the did some job for me and i waited way to long to get receipt from them and when i called i got yelling and screaming. Guy just hang up on me when i started explaining what i need from them. I will definitely not recommend this guys to do any job. There is couple of shops who can perform job better and cheaper and would be polite, at least.

Tim at Tommy's Towing is amazing! I was in a wreck a few weeks ago and had my jeep towed to Tommy's. The other driver's insurance was a pain to work with, and there were several miscommunications that dragged the process out. Tim had my back and was so kind and compassionate to my situation. I am so thankful for Tim's kindness and will continue to use Tommy's towing in the future.

I used to frequent Tommys for all my service needs. Unfortunately that will no longer be the case. The lady on the phone seemed annoyed to have to talk to me about getting my truck repaired and told me someone else would call me back that afternoon. That never happened. So now I’ve taken my business elsewhere along with two other trucks for repair. I guess they don’t need the business.
