Went shopping yesterday at Bluffton Target. Store was dirty & not well stocked. I was only able to get about half of the items on my list. Asked an employee where I might find a particular item & she had no idea nor offered further assistance. Shoe Department was a disaster! Shoes & boxes strewn all over the floor, so impossible to get down the aisles. Rest of store had so many aisles blocked with carts of items that employees were to stick on shelves, but no one around stocking-carts justed left there. So again, could not get through the aisles. Checking out, I asked the cashier if 2 clothing items were returnable before I bought them. She said she didn’t know. Said I could get out of line, go over to Customer Service, then get back in line if I wanted to buy them. Needless to say, I told her never mind!
3 cashiers on duty with estimated 15 people in each line!
Done with that messy, poorly stocked & poorly managed store!! Have gone in before & experience just as dismal!

My first time shopping at the Bluffton SC Target, but not my last. Keelan, the young man who helped me, made my day. Charming, handsome, efficient, great smile. Him, plus the outstanding online purchasing process, easy parking, a great price, impressive selection, and the perfect woven basket? Oh, I’d give this Target store an 11 on a scale of one to ten if I could. Made me an instant loyal customer.

Inventory issues.
I attempted to order for pick up and ordered outfits for Memorial Day weekend. I tried to order the same pair of shoes 3 times in 3 different sizes since I’m in between and each time my order was cancelled saying out of stock even though online said 3-5 pair in stock at your store.
Very frustrating.

I use a wheelchair to get around. They were clothes, clothes hanger, jewelry, shoes and bags/purses thrown on the floor. Shopping carts blocking the way. Looks like people would just stop shopping half way and just leave carts anywhere. The toys were everywhere also. Nothing but the food section was organized. It made it hard to get around in a wheelchair. By the recent review this place has been going downhill for a while and nothing is getting done about it. The goodwill down the road looks better than this over price place.

This used to be a great store. Something has definitely happened to make it a big mess. Clothes are a mess and carts of products block the aisles. The Dressing Room area is a big mess.

Only thing good about Target is the Starbucks (which usually have workers that look drained) and maybe the style of fashion. I bought a shirt and had to tear it because an employee didn't help me take off the red alarm tag. I walked out with it and it made a ringing noise but nobody even cared to come after me. Some of the clothing's are stained and the makeup products usually are bad. It's unpleasing to see with shopping carts randomly spotted and filled with items that employees can't do their job to put back.

I will never again shop at Target in Bluffton. When I got home and looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged over $4.80 to be exact for using my own MasterCard. I'm tired of these retailers charging us for that when they overcharge for their products as it is. That's it no more Target for me.
