I always love Staples, but the cashier really made my experience a 12 out of 10. Lately, good customer service has been hard to come by, but this young man hit it out of the park. I wish I only got his name so I could publicly acknowledge him.

I have gotten THREE passport photos done here. ALL have been rejected. This is the only place that does international passport photos. This has cost me over $500 as I have to keep reapplying.

The online shopping experience was easy and there are tons of items to choose from but the pickup experience was slightly frustrating. I had to find someone to help me and this employee proceeded to empty all of my bags and recount the items that this same employee had shopped the store for only a couple of hours beforehand. I've done a lot of online shopping/store pickups and this is the only time where that has happened.

The young lady that help my friend and I in the store Bluffton, S.C. was by herself running the register and answering questions, helping other customers, other than us was SUPERB! I didn’t get her name but she me find screen cleaner for my iPad and treated us both with GREAT customer service experience as she was juggling the other “balls in the air” as the only employee I saw in this store. Smiling, positive, all about great service, GIVE her a RAISE in $$$$ corporate!! This happened on 14 June 2024.

My passport photos I got taken here got rejected as they did not meet the criteria for government regulations. My passport application was sent back and I had to pay not only for new photos but another $150 to resubmit my passport information.

This store is disgusting. I think I contracted a disease from using the men's restroom. The photocopy area looks like a tornado hit it. Clean yourself up for your customers please.

Bluffton staples has 4 deep in all lines at 10am on a tuesday.....seriously....amazon made a huge mistake making staples do.their returns. This place is just sad

Garbage customer service In the print department. I guess he or she didn't like how I looked? When I waited in line like the sign said and it came my turn to be served, He or she asked the person behind me if they needed any help as though I was invisible. I let it slide. When they finished up, instead of helping me, he/she walked away to go do something else. One of the other employees had to come and help me. The woman who helped me was nice, that's why I gave two stars.

If you're in a pinch for time don't go there to get construction prints made went there and stood there while the lady wiped the desk down looking at me out the corner of the eye and then said I'll be with you in a moment as she continued to clean her desk off and wipe the desk down then she asked me how can she help me and then I sent her the plans then after 5 minutes of waiting she said oh can you come back in an hour I have to load the paper not sure why it wasn't loaded and why they're opened in the first place but pretty much a waste of time when I was in a rush
