I stopped in late in the day to see if they could replace the battery in my odometer. They were busy bringing in bikes, I only had my credit card, no cash, they just took care of me and sent me on my way. Although not in there frequently, it’s the only place that I go for our bikes and I’ll be even more loyal now. I’ll take care of them next time I’m there. Great customer service from people who know what they are doing.

The front brake metal holding clamp opened when my mountain bike fell on it's side. Brought it in to Sports Addiction and Brandon quickly repaired it, did not charge for the service, nor accept an offer to buy him lunch. Simply the fact he was honest and upfront Is a 10 star rating. Will use them for all my bike needs and recommend you do the same.

This place is SO helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I am not athletic and it shows. These folks helped me find the perfect bike, answered all my questions, made great recommendations, and then helped me fix my bike with no judgment when I didn’t listen to their recommendations the first time.

Phenomenal customer service. I thought I needed a new bike and the technician talked me out it. Said "your bikes a classic. With new tires and chain and a tuneup it will be perfect" Two days later I picked up my 25 year old beauty. Since then they've tuned two more bikes for my family. Highly recommended!

So, I stopped in the store today to see if they could work on my two ebikes. I was greeted very professionally, and the team working in the shop went out of their way to help. I was in and out in under an hour, and that was with me asking a lot of questions. Being new to the area is always nice to meet such welcoming people. If you need help with any type of bike, I suggest stopping here first. Plus, I need to add that the price was very reasonable.Thanks again guys!

I had an emergency brake repair on my Trek bike and called Sports Addiction to see if they could help me out. The kind gentleman told me to come in by the shop. I was in and out the door in less than 10 minutes and he even showed me what the problem. I highly recommend Sports Addiction for their quality and customer service.

I was in a panic when my bike seat sheared off during a 400 mile event.. on the first day. I called and brought it in… they had me fixed and handled within minutes. Great place !!

Picked up a nail in the tire of my bike. Brought it in to these professionals and they stopped what they were doing and fixed it on the spot while I waited. Terrific, friendly, competent service!
