Originally scheduled appointment was for 4:00 p.m. and received a phone call the day before requesting to change to 12:00 p.m. which I agreed to after changing my schedule. Showed up 10 minutes early, was told Karen was running late - no problem until found out another customer who's 11:30 appointment was still waiting as well. Left at 12:10 since I didn't want to wait for her to be finished and be a "rush" job. No regard for my time or schedule - they could have simply called me once they knew Karen was running late and given me my original 4:00 appointment. Would NOT recommend.

Our first time at this studio. We were pleased with the studio as a whole. Nice and clean. Amazing plants that are actually real! Receptionist Mrs. Marisa is beyond friendly and polite. My daughter had Ms. Gina give her a wash, cut and blow dry. Gina was sweet, calm and fun to talk with. She did an amazing job. I booked an appointment with her for myself as well.

Went there for my first time. Requested Karla for a short haircut. Showed her a picture of what I was interested in, she listened and did it perfectly. She is a keeper and I will definitely be going back.Service: Haircut

My kids love Stephenie ❤️. She was the only person out of several stylist that could cut my daughters pixie cut. And Color Me Amber is the best for nail color. She is located in the salon.

Love this Salon! The Entire staff is very professional and friendly. Stephanie is awesome. I went with some much needed love to my hair. Stephanie definitely came through for me. I found my new happy salon! Thanks ladies! You're all great at what you do.

I am totally in love with my hair! And this is a first for me. My hair is baby fine and turning gray, but I don't feel my age. Karla listened, suggested and then worked her magic and I came out of there looking the way I felt inside - young(er) and in-style!! She cut, colored and styled my hair and brought it back to life by putting a glaze on my gray. And the "under layer" of purple was the perfect color! Thank you, Karla. I'm looking for a hair stylist that is an artist with hair. One that can look at the shape of my face and head and recommend a style that will work for me. Have not found it at Silhouettes!!! Just paid $198 to have my hair cut, colored and styled and walked out with it looking like crap!!! the cut is not even on both sides, the color is all one shade so it looks unnatural and there is totally no style to my hair!!! Being an artist with hair is not something that can be taught, one is born with it and the lady that did my hair does not have it!! I've tried her 3 times so it's not like I did not give her a chance. The first time it was alright, the second time not so good and this 3rd time, horrible!!! Would not recommend this salon

This was my first time going to Karla. I can’t praise her enough. She sat & listened to what I wanted. She took her time with me. She was able to remove some “terrible” color from a different salon.Karla is a professional with a great skill & personality you immediately love. I had Stephanie for the first time this week and she did amazing with my hair! I got a balayage and she captured the look and colors perfectly. I enjoyed every bit getting my hair done with her! Highly recommend!

My first time at Silhouettes. Beautiful place. Melissa the receptionist was very pleasant and helped me with directions to find the place. Stephanie the new hairstylist did an amazing job on my hair. Very pleased I went there.
