I am a regular customer of Sam's for well over 10 years. Back when they were on Hilton Head Island. However I have seen decline in respect,and availability of the electric scooters.For customers with physical impairment,that necessitates the use of one. Good Luck. Bring your own or rent one from somewhere.Because they do not charge,nor maintain maintenance on them. Many cannot be steered because of damage,and or not in good working order. They claim to be a company that cares so much about the comfort and safety of they're customers. Well here at this store they do not. Not even a little. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for quite some time. And it's only gotten worse. When you can do better, please try. You have a large senior population that needs them. I hope this helps, because something definitely needs to change. There were none,I repeat none ,zero available Saturday July 13,204. At 11 am shouldn't there be at the very least 4-7 available for the public that needs it. Hopefully you will improve this problem.

I go here once every other week when I have my kids with me because the prices on bulk fruit and vegetables work out better than most supermarkets in this area. Same with cleaning supplies and toilet paper etc. Wine prices and options are also amazing. The store is always clean, there are always staff available, friendly, and willing to help. The absolute number reason I shop here though is scan and go with the Sam's club app. I never wait in line to scan my items and I see how much I am spending as I scan rather than waiting until the end to find out I went way over budget. On the app you can also order pizza or other food from their cafe for the kids to eat at the end of the shopping trip. It is way cheaper than paying what most pizza places are charging now for a large pie.

Bad Faith, retaliatory, and dishonest! My Plus membership is due on September 1, but because Sam's increased to $50 minimum order to get free shipping, I decided to go back to the regular membership. I went to the Bluffton Sam's and explained to the Service Desk that I wanted to downgrade on September 1. The guy who helped me got angry and immediately downgraded my membership, which basically stole about 46 days of Plus Membership.

The store has a great selection. The store is always clean, and well staffed. The staff are extra friendly and inviting. In my opinion, this location is way better than any other in the area, even more pleasurable than shopping at the local Walmarts.

I run a bussiness and I tried calling this location to see if they carried a few items that we needed in a crunch. Since we are located 30 miles away I thought I’d call first. After the 6th time I called a representative picked up the phone and pretended to talk to me then hung up in my face. I’m also a black card member. I’m starting to believe the days of good customer service is dead. Just employees that want $20 a hour just to barely do there job ☹️

the app was not working yesterday. the cell service in the back of the store is horrible which makes the scan and go difficult to use. when you get to the front of the store to scan your cart. all the produce doesn't have stickers and the app does not make it easy to add produce to your cart.

Great experience. The only issue I had was when I had 1 simple quick question with one of the employees that was at self check out, and she seemed bothered what I have noticed is the lack of employees wanting to help that is very disappointing you shouldn't be made to feel like your being a bother I do the same type of job and I always try to make sure my customers are happy but besides that experience I had with that 1 employee it was a Great experience thank you to all the employees who do make an effort to do their job
