Despite the great prices, I don't like going to any Sam's stations. This is due to the chaotic layout that allows people to pull in from opposing sides and block pumps. Every visit is a test in defensive driving.

Easy in and out. The station is kept clean even if all the pumps don't work all the time. The big drawback is no restrooms. Prices seem to be some of the lowest around.

Om line order placed for two items.
Wife received an email stating both items were delivered. We observed the delivery person walking backwards with a cell phone in their hand. Thinking a picture was taken.
As the driver was driving away, we noticed only one item delivered not two.
After a few no answer phone calls made, one was answered. Told that she needed to come to the store.wife asked to speak with a manager, as that kind of defeats delivery.
She was hung up on.

This place has the highest SC state price difference between regular gas x 93 oct. Even in in NC with higher tax the difference is smaller than Bluffton.

This store has gone right down the tubes. Ever since Covid, it's been deteriorating. Spotty inventory, prices aren't as good as they used to be, not enough staff, and the checkout situation is idiotic and unacceptable (not enough cashiers, lines too long, etc. Maybe ditch the self-checkout BS and hire cashiers who know what they're doing. Why should I pay $150 for Sam's Plus Card, and have to wait in lines and check out myself?? I can do that anywhere, for free.) They've completely re-arranged the store, and not for the better. Lots of things they used to carry they don't now because they don't have room for them. And what's with like 4 aisles of prepared, ready-to-eat foods? Who the heck goes to Sam's for that stuff anyway? And don't get me started on that catastrophe of a gas station. Half the pumps are usually down (and with no signs saying they're out of order). During Covid, they CLOSED the little store next to the pumps and NEVER reopened it. So there is NO STAFF at the pumps when they don't work. If Costo ever opens in Bluffton or Hilton Head, this Sam's Club is toast. And so it should be.
