The manager and staff at this store are absolutely amazing. I spent almost 3 weeks searching for a solution to my Porsche windshield and rear view mirror problem. Less than 45min after entering the store my problem was fixed. Thank you to Tony & Chris for helping me today. Charl Cilliers

Do not waste your time working with these people! They failed to replace my broken window by breaking the replacement 2x upon trying to install it. The manager tony guaranteed me they won’t break the second attempt but they did. He then tried to make me wait another week for a third attempt in hopes of not breaking it again. Whole time the manager Tony has an attitude problem and was being very rude and unprofessional. Now I’m riding around with no window and going to a different shop with actual professionals who gave me a better price. My dealership told me never to work with safelight because they have a history of not having trained professionals and I can see that now. They didn’t even reassemble my car door and did a bad job wrapping my window. Tony fix your attitude and get some proper training on how to do your job and give good customer service buddy.

Safelite has always been very good but today they exceeded all expectations. The service technician Harry was excellent. He did everything right. He called to confirm, he showed up exactly when Safelite said he would and he knew his craft very well.The installation of a new windshield went perfectly. Safelite Bluffton is lucky to have Harry as one of their techs.

I had to have my windshield replaced do to a failed fix. When I called to set up the appointment I was told the windshield would be no coast don’t warranty. After it was finished I was charged $400 for the job done. To make it better they even took my cross (which was given to me by my late daughter) that I had hanging in the car and when I confronted them they stayed there was never a cross there. They also left the security wiring hanging.

I'm very upset about paying my deposit twice. The original Safelight did not do the job right ( it still leaked) and had to go back from VA to SC. and had to get the glass changed again.

Efficient staff. Polite and kind. I did have to go back in to retrieve my registration and one other sticker. They apologized! Repair and new wipers are super.

How refreshing to find such a service minded business. Showed at 8 am and was out of there by 8:25 am....reattached my rear view mirror and did it with a smile. No appointment...just took a chance. Nice folks...I'll go there if I ever have a problem with a car window.

I received great service at Safelite from Tony. He scheduled us the next day for rear window replacement. They also took care of all the paperwork to submit to insurance company. Great experience all around. Dealing with Tony was a great experience.

A totally wonderful experience for a unfortunate happening. Rear window on our car shattered and when I called 800 number they said next appointment would be in 2 weeks! Went to Bluffton Safelite for a crash wrap in the meanwhile.However Tony did some research and magic; and got us in the next day! They did a wonderful job and everyone was great! Technician explained everything to us and we were very satisfied with customer care and quality of work. Highly recommend!

Great service on my windshield replacement! My vehicle was ready earlier than promised. They were able to move my E-Pass transponder, RFID tag, and even the decals.
