Been calling me every minute since I put an inquiry on Lending Tree. If you block them, they just call from another number. Horribly desperate company. Every other company gave 1 attempt and then went their way.

I talked to an Ohio phone number. They are a group that has paid incompetent non-licensed phone screeners to answer and collect your personal information.If you see them online, they only paid LendingTree for advertisement.RUN FOREST RUN. They do not have the money to lend and will waste your time.Royal United will not deliver.Watch your credit score go down after you apply. My reaction is that they will sell your personal information.I am contacting my legal counsel regarding my interaction with Royal United MortgageNever use this company

I spoke with Ezekiel Burkley multiple times yesterday ask our a HELOC. I asked repeatedly for something in writing to go over with my husband. He insisted on setting an appointment to speak to us both on the phone today. He even had the nerve to tell me " this takes me about an hour to put together, if you're not seriously interested, I'm not wasting my time on this. " He wasn't pleasant to speak with, I didn't do this for leisure, I can assure you I was serious and not doing this for fun. I told him I thought we wanted something in writing to compare to other offers and he insisted on a call and even chose the time. We made ourselves available and waited on him.... NOTHING! I text and called, no response. Very unprofessional.

Tried to get a home equity loan with this company. Yea what a joke they are. We hade good credit scores I owned my house 250 thousand+ and it was like we owed them something before we even signed any paperwork. Vice president and loan officer are not professional. would not communicate or call when we asked for clarification. ALMOST FELT LIKE A SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. they spoon feed you info then say different. I went with Rocket Mortgage and am in a better place USER BEWARE...

I can't believe that anyone would give these people their confidential information. I foolishly answered an email that offered to update my home's market value. As soon as I did, my cell phone began ringing....I received 12 calls within 5 minutes from these jokers. They call from different phone numbers, so that they have to be blocked on each line (12 blocks). This certainly looks like and smells like a scam - but I guess some folks actually get mortgages from them? This kind of creepy harassment certainly wouldn't make me want to have anything to do with them. Look at the reviews....so many of them actually identify themselves as employees. Dang, if you want to pad your stars....maybe don't admit you're doing it??

Lucy Reppond helped me to understand that I was already in the best place possible with my existing financial situation due to my poor credit score, I really appreciated that she gave me an in depth credit review and told me where to focus so I could improve my score to qualify for a loan program in the future. Had a very unprofessional and bad experience with them. My contact person was Patrick. I applied for the FHA because Patrick said with my credit score not being so good due to loss of work during Covid that would be best. My honme is paid for 100% by the way is valued st approx 1M. After spending my whole day and part of the night and completing forms, Patrick told me thier Appraiser would get in touch. He took $500 from me. The Appraisal was a serious joke. The guy eye balled everything, took photos from door ways, gave a report that was not accurate. For example he gave photos of an attic, yet he never climbed up my attic. He said my windows were wood, we had recently installed brand new energy saving PVC windows. Our home Appraisal was waaay below market value compared to our neighbors. I tried to.contact Patrick by phone, texting, emails for updates on my application and Patrick was MIA. From the day he took my application and $ 500, he did not reach out to me. I'm disgusted and very upset with the way I was treated by Royal United Mortgage. There is no Royal treatment here! I have not received A SINGLE email from them on my status. I think they should learn the value of communication. They didn't have to give me the FHA, BUT It's important to tell me why they are not moving forward with me after profusely assuring me I would get the money in 10-14 days, and thatI I qualified. Took my $500 for a poor Appraisal and nothing to show for it. Now they are quiet as a church mouse. I would not recommend this company. Waste of my time and money!

I closed on my first home this past Monday! Lucy Reppond could have not made this process any easier and worry free. She was there for any questions I had. Educated me from the beginning all the way until I left closing with my keys in my hands. The next day she checked in on me. Her customer service was exceptional. I am referring her to anyone who is buying a home.Thank you again :)

Exceptionally pushy. Every few days, I'd get a phone call being rushed to send them something else. Each time, we'd get further and further from what I asked to get out of the refinance. They went on about how they offered "the lowest rates" and I almost believed them. I went through paying for and getting an appraisal, weeks and weeks of being rushed to send "one more document". Finally, we're near the end and then I get hit with "you'll need to come up with a few thousand dollars up front..." I stopped listening. I then made one phone call to my current bank and got a matching rate. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Sarah did a great job with my refinance! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I was a little hesitant at first but she walked me through the process and made sure I was in good hands. 10 out 10 experience!
